Great Service Department
In always comes down to people and customer service. Ben my service advisor was knowledgeable, professional and competent. The clockspring on my vehicle was repaired without a hitch. I would recommend this service department. The dealership itself understands how important customer service is and it shows.

Your service Team was excellent
Our last service for an oil change and Rear brakes was not necessarily the best experience but it was not from a lack of effort from the Service Team. It was too many vehicles and not enough staffing in my opinion. I had to wait a while because the service advisors had far to many cars than people to right them up. Once I was able to get in I was treated with great respect and they took their time with answering my questions like I'm sure they did with everyone in front of me. I know they felt rushed but that did not change their professionalism. I give all the credit to Amy and Ben as they were overwhelmed but still took great care of me.. My suggestion is to add a person or two so someone can answer the phones so people can make appointments and also get a status update. This is not an employee issue as you have great ones. This is a lack of staffing and that should be addressed.

Poor service
This dealership used to be fantastic. The service department is over worked and understaffed. I had to schedule an oil change 2.5 weeks out for a Saturday 10:30 am appointment and check Rear brakes. They didn't get the work done nor called and when I tried calling I spent 20 minutes and nobody ever picked up.

Efficient and Professional Service
I am always extremely pleased and beyond happy when my vehicle is serviced by AutoNation. The service is always efficient and the interactions with staff are always professional. The communication with the service team exceeds anything I could hope for. I am always well informed of what is going on with my vehicle and what needs to be done to keep my vehicle in the best condition. I’m very thankful to be part of the AutoNation family.
