Dependable service
Just in for an oil change and 10,000 mile check up - Staff is always great.
The service is great. It took a bit longer than the estimated time but it was a really busy day that morning.
Not a problem at all.
Auto Nation Hyundai Mall of Georgia is still the best experience we have ever had with a dealership.
We currently lease 2 Kona's and when the leases are up will probably lease two new ones!

Best place to take a Hyundai for service
Work completed in reasonable time, competitive rates. Can be difficult to set an actual appointment date but should get easier as pandemic staffing shortages end.

Not a good outcome this time around.
Most of the time I had a good experience at AutoNation but this time was different. One of the things I asked to be done didn't appear to be done because there's still an issue. Also, I tried following up with the service advisor as advised but that did not turn out good and it was very dismissive. I had to set another appointment to come back again. Scheduling times are so far out now.
