Ben Girard
Ben always greets you with a smile and listens to what your concerns are and mentions they will wash the car after the service call. Win-win. On my last visit I brought my car in for a recall and Ben informed me there were 2 recalls. They were both done on this service visit. Also during the routine check the mechanic noted the battery needed to be replaced which I did on this service call as well. As always great job.

Dropped my car off with Ben. Need extra service at 75000 mikes. Ben set it up and by the time I return from lunch, my vehicle was already ready. Great job.

Great Service
I had a issue with my new vehicle and called the service department and they got me in right away. I thought that I would have to make an appointment, and they were busy since it was a Saturday, but they worked me in and got the issue taken care of. I have been going to Earnhardt for quite some time and they are the best.
