Excellent service
Had a great experience and the only reason I said I would maybe come back is because I live in CO and was only in Scottsdale for my daughters soccer tournament so I am rarely in AZ.
The service was great. My tire light came on and I thought it was fine because I had everything checked two days before my trip, but figured I better have it checked before I left for a 800+ mile road trip the next day. They got me in on a busy Saturday (on the same day I called) and found a nail in my tire.
The service tech I worked with, I think his name was Ben, was great.

Flat tires never happen at a good time, and so far from home seems like it would only add to the aggravation for sure.  We're glad Ben Girard wasable to help get you in, get you out, and get you back on the road safely.

We hope you and your daughter enjoyed the soccer tournament and if you're ever back in AZ and we can be of assistance please feel free to visit us again.  In the meantime we really appreciate the post and we're very happy you came in.

Another Great Service
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and had to walk out with a new tire. Ben and Mike made it not so bad. I would recommend their service department.

The service department at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale gets a FIVE STAR rating from me! I had my Tucson in for a major service. From the initial phone call to my driving off the lot with a smile on my face, the professionalism and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. Ben Girard went the extra mile to be sure everything was handled perfectly even though we encountered a snafu with an electrical component. He made sure the trouble was identified and repaired before he would return my car. THANK YOU, Ben! This is the first time in over 50 years of driving that I've felt impressed to comment on the quality of service from a dealership. But you deserve it and I think you've made a new lifetime customer!

I have had my Santa Fe serviced at this dealership since 2011. The people make the difference. Service Advisor Ben Girard is excellent. Also my interaction with Service Director Mike Southern has been nothing less than a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for the service needs of your Hyundai.
