Dealership great, Veloster hands free-not so great
Dealership & people there are great. Love the car, but after 3 radio units, my hands free feature still isn't working! I'm very frustrated.

Excellent service
Called early in the day and they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon for an oil change. Took care of a couple of recall notices while I was there also. Told me it would be an hour and I was out of there in 45 minutes.

I had my vehicle in the service department for transmission issues that began in January. It was still covered under warranty and was told it needed to be replaced. I had to call the department inquiring about my vehicle, never did they call to update me. About a month later walking into my garage I find the floor is covered with transmission fluid. At that time the service department had my vehicle towed to the shop and was given a rental car. The transmission again had to be replaced, which was back ordered. I find this out only by me calling to ask what the hold up was being that I again wasn't updated on progress. I waited at least two weeks to get my car back that time. When I received my car back this time the inside door and steering wheel were covered with sticky oil or grease. I didn't have my car for long before it was returned to the shop with yet another leaking transmission in April. When the service department was called they encouraged me to avoid driving it, but never offered to tow it. I had to wait for two days before I was able to take the vehicle in. I was with out a car for those two days. Never did anybody from the service departmentmention a rental car while I was without transportation for those two days. This was yet another error on the service department and I was the one having to compromise. Between the time frame of January to April my car was in the shop three different times. Every time I arrived to pick my vehicle up from the service department I was encouraged to fill out the survey "with all 10's. It keeps us out of the office". I can honestly say if they truly felt they did the work of a "10" they wouldn't be so focused on the results of the surveys we have to complete. Had I known that the service would continually get worse each time I would have never rated them as high as I did with the past surveys. I am not one that complains or fills surveys out with low scores, but I have had enough with this department. I never mentioned the grease/oil marks or quality of my car once it was returned to me because I honestly am not one to get people in trouble. After repeated visits it is time to be honest about how disappointed I am.

Mike and Brett were very friendly and did a great Job getting my car in and out. My car is a Sonata Limited with all the features. Mike put me in an Azera Limited while my car was being worked on. I really appreciated this. Not only did I feel like he went out of his way to provided a car of equal value to mine, it also made me think about bumping up to an Azera when I trade mine in. Brett was very friendly and pleasant too. Altogether a much better experience than my last visit. I didn't have the pleasure of working with these guys last time. Great job Brett and Mike.

Great Place!
Had my oil changed and my tires rotated. Took about a half hour. They even washed the car when they were done. Only complaint was they could've dried the car, not return it to me soaking wet. And maybe vacuum out the inside, even the quick change oil places do that.
