Service is good, but too expensive...just like ALL dealerships.

I don't like taking my vehicle to dealerships for repairs because they are too expensive.

Great Service, Quick Turnaround

I've always taken my Elantra to the dealership and have always gotten great service and had quality work done. I have one teensy gripe, and that is the price of a battery. I know that's not something they can really help, but good lawd 160$ for a battery is a lot. Still 5/5 stars, great work, great service, can't ask for more.

Reliable, friendly, expedient

Andrew was again, great. Very helpful in getting my car checked out and new tires. I like that he doesn't try to arm twist me into any services costs I don't need. Trust is a hard feeling to get and once gone a very difficult feeling to "repair". I love having the car washed. Missed the early morning donuts! It's the one time I let myself ignore my diet.

Great Service....Great CAR!!!!

Everyone at Hyundai was great! The service was exemplary and quick. My mechanic even left a lovely hand-written sticky note on my rear view mirror with his card. I love my Genesis and will definitely purchase another. My son who is 13 loves it too...when I bought my Genesis he said "So Mom when I turn 16 you're going to want to buy a newer Genesis...right?!?!" So for right now my son is lending me his Genesis until he can drive!

In from out of town with a destroyed tire

We came to Columbia for a doctors appointment, and our tire kept going flat. We took the car to Machens Hyundai and asked that the tire be repaired. We were told it had a nail in it, but also had a large slice in it and it could not be fixed. They contacted the insurance company for us, and we were told it was going to be a while for the approval The people at Machens provided a shuttle service for us to a local restaurant to eat lunch and wait for the tire to be repaired. The approval came through and we got a new tire put on. We were very thankful to everyone who helped us in a quick and courteous manner to get us back on the road.
