I brought my car in to the service dept to check a problem with my AC. My appointment was scheduled
for the following Wednesday but Jeff was able to fit me in. He explained everything about what they would do to fix it. He thought my wait would be 1.5 hrs as they were replacing the oil as well. Hyundai Fremont was great...however rest of Hyundai provided terrible service
Hyundai Fremont was great. Nick took care of the paint issue very efficiently once I went to Fremont.
The rest of Hyundai including Hyundai America call center and the case manager (Pamela) assigned and her supervisor was horrendous. San Leandro Hyundai also never followed through after they took the pictures...never submitted it to Hyundai. Stevens Creek Hyundai would also not help. This case took 3+ months to resolve because of complete incompetence elsewhere in the organization. I should've gone to Fremont Hyundai to begin with.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Vision Hyundai, especially my service advisor, Brandon, and the technician who worked on my vehicle.
My Hyundai Santa Fe Sport needed a major engine repair, and what could have been an extremely stressful experience was made so much easier because of the care, patience, and communication I received.
Brandon kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered every question I had and believe me, I had plenty; he never once made me feel like I was bothering him.
He listened to my concerns, took them seriously, made sure they were addressed and documented, and explained everything in a way I could understand.
I also really appreciated the technician's video inspection. Being able to actually see what he was seeing and understand the additional work my vehicle needed gave me confidence in the recommendations.
The technician did an outstanding job with the engine replacement and the additional repairs, and I truly appreciate the attention he gave to making sure my vehicle was safe and in good operating condition before it was returned to me.
They also provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired, which made an enormous difference.
What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was simply another repair order. I felt listened to, respected, and taken care of.
When you're dealing with a major vehicle repair, knowing that the people working on your car care about getting you back on the road safely means everything.
Thank you, Brandon, the technician, and the entire Vision Hyundai service team for your patience, professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service. You took what could have been a very stressful situation and turned it into an incredibly positive experience.
