Vehicle returned with a new issue
I would not recommend. I didn't have wheels for a month due to bringing in my vehicle for a recall. Hyundai tried to return my vehicle to me with a new issue, quoted $500 in costs, and inoperable to drive the vehicle home. I was promised part delivery and repair Monday or early in the week. I did not receive notice the vehicle was operable and ready to pick up for 5 more days. Inconvenient. I had to foot the bill when initial issue was a recall and software update!! Argumentative service department manager, dismissive to the issue of returning the vehicle idling rough with warning lights on. Was not made aware before pick up that the car was inoperable. Driving it home could have caused engine damage. Had no choice but to get the issue fixed here to save on a tow bill to my regular mechanic. The service technicians were friendly. The service department managers (manager) was helpful in over seeing the second repair and understanding my frustration. He tryed to get the price down. Still charged labor.

Regarding my response to a request for a review and rating of my last service experience.
Elhart/Hyundai asks for my review of my last service experience. I take the time to provide my comments/concerns/questions and all I get back is a canned response from Ben Elhart. No time taken to address my comments. This isn't going to make me want to provide comments/ratings on future requests to service, etc.

Hi this is Dave Swart Elhart Hyundai service manager. The oil change interval for the vehicle was set by hyundai in their  maintenance plan for 7500 miles based on normal maintenance schedule of the vehicle and on the recommended oil for the vehicle being a full synthetic oil which holds its properties against heat and break down of thickness (viscosity) longer.
The blue link dealership can be changed in the Myhundai.com homepage. After logging in you can go to preferences and there should be a change link next to the dealership that allows you to choose a new service center. I had an overall good experience.
Still question the number of oil changes in the 3 year maint. coverage. 7500 miles seems too long between changes. Not much the service department can do about that - it is more of a Hyundai issue. No one could help be with my Bluetooth app. Still shows Betten Baker as service company rather than Elhart.

Fast and clean
They were fast and the facilities were clean. Also we’re very helpful. Got me in before my appointment. Offered me snacks and water in their waiting room. Got my oil changed done and got me on my way. Thanks again
