Breaks down way too much. The dealer seems to be unwilling to fix issues properly the first time. Only after a 2nd and third visit will they do what is needed to fix an issue, like cleaning faulty break pads instead of changing them the first time, Only after the 3rd or 4th visit will they rebuilding the inner workings of the DEF system instead of fixing the issue the first time. Keeping van in the shop for two days and doing vacuum leak checks and finding no issues and giving it back saying they just cleared codes, then the vehicle keeps having the same isssue.
