Worst dealership in the area
Please avoid buying a car from here. They are the only dealership within hundreds of miles, and if something major happens to your vehicle. You will be faced with a major headache. They don’t have enough loaners to fit customer demand, they will perform suboptimal repairs on your car and then deny it. Please save yourself the headache. Buy from another dealership or buy Hyundai from Kolar up the road. Hyundai and Kia are the same company and just as affordable

Ignored in the Showroom
I went to the dealership witn my SO as he was having a 6 mos maintenance check up for his 2022 Telluride. I own a 2016 Sorento, and have been contemplating an upgrade. I spent at least 15 minutes checking out the vehicles in the showroom, openning doors looking in, sitting in one, wlaking around checking out others. That whole time not one salesperson approached me to see if I need assistance. My SO came into the showroom after getting his veh checked in etc for his service appt, walked up to 1 vehicle and in less than one minute had a salesperson approach and ask him if he needed assistance! Apparently this dealership doesnt respect the fact that women can purchase vehicles too
So since you made me feel like a second class citizen, not worthy of your attention, I will be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully after reading this review, so will many others.

Poor customer care
I've been waiting two weeks for someone to get back to me I've bought two new vehicles from them. But there customer care after you buy the car sucks. I had a 1:30 appointment I get there taking time off from work the girl tells me they wouldn't have made the appointment this late but I'm in the system. Blames me for there screw up. Nim they won't respond to me about my situation. Pretty sad

Warranty repairs
Had scheduled an appointment to take care of a recall, when engine issues reared their ugly heads. Dropped the car off, and was in contact with the dealership for most of the cars stay there. Staff did their best to keep me posted on the status of the repair, and vehicle was restored to operating condition.

My 2012 Kia has been in shop on at least 4 occasions...they seem not to listen to what we're saying is wrong...they say they fixed issues, but the back tires are still wearing out..the car was in shop about 2 months ago..we brought it in the end of May for a recall...when we had it in prior..they put all new tires on car...6 WEEKS later, about 800 miles on tires, the left rear was showing wear...they pretty much brushed that off...we ARE NOT REAL HAPPY Dealing with our issues..we've sank about $4500 into that car the last 2 years...I quit driving it cuz O told my husband I was gonna die in that car!!! We ARE NOT HAPPY CAMPERS...
