Very Nice Smaller SUV

This is my first Hyundai and if I need to purchase again down the road, I'll start at my local Hyundai dealership. This was a very positive experience, my first SUV, and for once while purchasing a new car I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying a different model just so the saleman could earn a higher fee.

This car meets our need as it is smaller, easy to drive and park. Most of our driving is in town as we are retired. Grateful for all the safety features makes changing lanes safer The GPS is great if we do have to go out of town for shopping.

it is just the right size for me

as I am an elderly person, this is just the right size car for me. I use a scooter to get around and it is low enough that I can lift it into the back by myself. it is easy for me to control and drive.

So far so good, need to take it on the yearly trip to Arkansas , see how my blind dog Archie enjoys the ride. Also possible going to drive it to California beginning of March next year, also can't wait for the snow season, to see how it preformes

Excellent. I love my new Venue. It’s comfortable and fun to drive. I am extremely happy with the service from the staff at the dealership.

Love my new car. Love that my phone pairs to the car. It plays my music and I can speak to people through the car without having to hold my phone which makes it very safe. Everything else is fantastic.

It a cute small SUV

This is a cute small SUV with very little leg room in back, overall it would be a nice car go high school or college student to start. Gas mileage could be a little better, Drive smoothly and has great options

great runs really well other than my issues with bottoming out,and fuel door not opening

Love it seems really nice,other than issues with suspension and fuel door fuel economy is great sometimes steering does not seem to handle as well on very curvy roads.fuel door not working sticks, suspension bottoms out going over little humps,bumps and hills

This is our first Hyundai. we are very satisficed with our little Venue SUV. It a cute little sporty vehicle that is a joy to drive. It gets great gas mileage. and came with a great warranty. We will defiantly will recommend to friends and family.

Nice small car to drive. Only two things I didn't consider are locking when walking away and adaptive cruise control. Also would like to see day time running lights as a standard for all models available.

Staff is a 10+ in my opinion. Did everything to make my purchase easy ,affordable due to being ready to retire wanted a car I could afford

LOVE my car just could use a little more trunk space but it really is not a big problem. I like the looks, all the extras I never had before. And the gas mileage is great. The payment is also within my Social Security that I am able to afford

Loving my Venue

I bought this after a lot of research and so far this car has exceeded my expectations. I could recommend a little more sound deadening to quiet the car better on the highway but I am nitpicking for a car this size and price. Just buy one...

Only because the car is too small for me.

The Venue is a good car, it is just too small for me and my family. This car is not recommended for large person and multiple people. When someone comes in looking to purchase a car based on the amount they can afford, it should be shared that car is small and the seats and stirring wheel has limit of adjustment.

Venue - Buyer Beware - Looks Great, Drives Horribly

Within mere days of buying my Venue I had immediate regret, the car looks great so I did ignore the reviews saying the car was finicky on the highway. Little did I know how finicky it would be. On the highway the car feels like a small boat on a choppy ocean, pulling me from side to side, it is even worse when a truck drives by and on a windy day? Forget about it. My children feel unsafe in the car, I had to turn off the alert for leaving the lane and now I white knuckle it with two hands on the wheel, stay in the right hand lane and don't dare go over 65mph. On side roads it is easily thrown by small bumps and loves to pull to the left. I could not return the car even with the immediate regret unless I forfeited my entire $5k deposit (even though the dealership also listed my trade in for over $8k than they gave me) so now I am going to limit my driving for three years and will never make this mistake again.

Great experience

Needed a 2nd vehicle for commuting to work and this has great gas mileage and is comfortable. A lot of great features such as automatic start. Enjoy that there is an app to answer questions easily or lock your doors

Every member of the Hyundai team was helpful and responsive. I felt like my business was important to them and they were there to help me.

I was greeted promptly when I entered the dealership. All members of the sales team were courteous and helpful in making my purchase work. The delivery of my new car was flawless. I will return to this dealership when I am ready for another new Hyundai.
