As good as a small economy car can be in 2024

A year and a half into ownership and very happy. Primary use is single occupant rural/suburban driving, but it's fine for 2-3 folks on just about any trip. Have yet to take it on longer journeys. Remarkable visibility from the high, square shape and abundant glass area results in a comforting awareness of the surrounding environment. Power is adequate and there is a "Sport" mode that gives a kick. But let the Porsches zip by, if you're the competitive sort, this Venue isn't what you're looking for. But if you don't like burning a lot of gas and you prefer state of the art Internal Combustion Engines, maybe you too could become a "Venueista." No badge, no secret handshake, just the quiet satisfaction of good automotive taste.

I wouldn’t purchase again

Paint issues, noisy, tires cheaply made, navigation/radio system horrible-doesn’t work as intended. I took a long time to choose this vehicle and I was hoping I made a good decision but I’m really ready to train it in with less than 12000 miles on it. It’s a shame there have been these issues which the dealership doesn’t care about.

Super practical

My car is great and reliable well built super comfy, economic its small but nice designed.I loved the pad charge station with no cable, cruise control easy to use.I use it a lot so far no mechanical issues.

I love the car.

My experience with the Venue has been superb. No issues. I like it's size and it's style. The dealers in Dormont, Pa were beyond knowledgeable and helpful. I will remain a customer. I'm living on Social Security Pmts so the low cost of my Venue was a selling point to say the least. A Venue will be my next purchase as well {if I live that long}.

An affordable and reliable car

I've had my Venue SEL for a year now (to the day), and I'm at 5900 miles. I'm still so happy with my choice! I used to commute but don't anymore, and now I use it to get around town with the occasional trip outside of town. I like the way it handles, and that's just in its regular drive mode. I haven't used the sport or snow modes yet. Highway mileage was really good, but city not as much. Still, I don't pay a lot to fill it up at the gas pump and that's a plus for me. I especially love the rear camera, blind spot alerts, and Android Auto. The two-tone interior seats (grey/black) are stylish and still look new. Rear storage is good for a small car, and the reversible mat makes cleaning up any gardening messes a breeze. I haven't had any problems with this car, and it still runs well. It's just stinkin' cute!

I love that and dry real smooth for me

This is my first venue by Hyundai I enjoy my car so much. They ride so smooth I get a lot of compliments I will buy this car again. I enjoy the cost so much I will tell my family and my friend to buy this car.

as already stated i have only driven 6500 miles since new so i will reserve comment till a later date

see above comments I have had great gas mileage by using cruise control and avoiding harsh acceleration and braking. my gas milage has averaged in excess of 48mpg. i am satisfied with the Venue and am sure it will continue to give good service in the future.

Handles well on the road. Like all of the safety features it has. Feel safe in it. Don't like all of the electronics in it. I don't use 3/4 of them. I like to keep focused on the road and not playing w/a radio or hand controls etc. I'm a very generic person. Phone charger is nice. Navigation gets me there better then my other.

Great vehicle

We love our venue. Amazingly fuel efficient we drove almost 900 miles for less than $120! Seats are customizable for maximum comfort. Steering wheel is fully adjustable making long drives safer and less tiring on your arms.

Cute and fun car

Cute fun car with EXCELLENT MPG. Lots of cool safety features. Drives and handles well. Exterior and interior colors are pleasing to look at. Wheel rims look nice and don’t show dirt or brake dust. Heated seats are a nice feature.price is decent for a new car. I the year of owning I haven’t had any issues.

Just drive to and from work and to run errands. So far no long distance driving other than an hour to and from Cleveland.

Small, gas efficient, superior driving mobility, fits in small parking spaces, back up camera I finally use, lane warnings are a huge plus on the highway to Cleveland . Can't think of anything else to say so just using up characters.

The trunk is very small. It is very good on gas. Normal transmission slow so I put it in Sport all the time. Love the heated seats. Air-conditioning is powerful. Sound system is good and handsfree phone system is good.

for a small suv the 2023 Hyundai Venue handles very good, gas economy is also very good. Bluetooth connectivity is fast and automatic. I would have liked a darker color on the cloth seats, and also access to bluelink with better distance avoidance warning.

LOVE this Venue!

Was not my first choice, but once I test drove it and saw all the features it had, along with a great price, I was sold! Great vehicle for a great price! I highly recommend. It is fun and easy to drive. Has lots of standard features and a great price!!!

Fun to drive

We love this car. It gets around good it’s easy to park. It’s fun to drive on the highway. It’s my wife’s car. She drives it back-and-forth to work and to the gym after the lease will probably get another one.
