Hyundai Tucson 2025

This is my 4th Hyundai, I purchased my 2017 and have leased a 2019, 2021and I am currently leasing a 2025. I love the brand. Both my Son and Brother drive Hyundais. It is reliable, I feel safe while driving both around town and on the Hyway. I have had my last three Hyundais serviced at Daytona Hyundai, where I find the service and customer care outstanding.

There are electrical issues

The screen on my Hyundai Tucson is continuously glitching lately. Sometimes it’s just back while I’m using the gps- which is super dangerous.

Dashboard design/operational options sucks

Screen does not remember chosen screen between rides. Reselect favorite screen ever time. Steering wheel buttons not intuitive. Custom buttons have limited choices.

Great vehicle, with room for improvement

My Hyundai Tucson is a great vehicle, and considering that I was a Toyota RAV loyalist, it really is a testament to Hyundai that I changed over. There are a couple things that need to be worked on in the Tucson; they need to add the ability to control air-conditioning in the backseat, it’s difficult to keep passengers cooled in the back without freezing up front. In my opinion they also need to remove buttons from the middle console in the front seat, having them right in front of the cupholders, where things like pocketbooks, and animals hit them constantly is very annoying. My last suggestion is that being able to set a button to have my seat position remembered is fantastic, and it’s great that I can have two settings, but I think they should add auto moving of the side mirrors and the rearview mirror based on the seat memory settings.

An OK vehicle

I do not love this vehicle and loved it even less when the navigation lost connection on a planned trip. It would not work on the return trip and so I will need to get this addressed.

Not quite sure

Must say I enjoyed my previous Santa Fe’s better than this Tucson. Not as powerful of an engine. While it is senior friendly with features such as several cameras making parking easier, it is difficult to learn to use all the dashboard features. Been driving this for 1 1.2 years and still have difficulty navigating thru the features. The computer seems to have a mind of its own turning on the heated steering wheel in the summer among other glitches. Now waiting for my apt for a recall.

Recalls Failed With Catastrophic Results!

Two recalls in July 2026 and mechanical failure August 1, 2026 resulting in two totaled cars.

Tuscan is a wonderful car. The 2025 however has a problem with the headlights. It has an upside down v that blocks the road in front of you, especially into the left lane. Sent a video to the dealership where I have bought or leased 9 vehicles since 2009.
