2025 Hyundai Tucson

This is our second Hyundai Tucson. The first was a 2013 which gave us great gas mileage on the highways, sometimes up to 36 miles a gallon. This new 2025 will take a while to get used to all the new features but it is quiet inside and the ride is very smooth.

Comfort and Great Tech

Overall good purchase. Very stylish exterior and spacious interior. Incredible safety features. Love the limited model with heated and cooled seats. Only downside is lackluster acceleration. I also expected better gas mileage.

Great style, sporty yet practical. Love the curves, and interior.

Great vehicle. Enjoying it so far. Great gas mileage, very comfortable. Roomy for my family, and looks slick. I enjoy the sound system, and touch screen computer. Quick, yet comfy. I recommend for anybody.

Tucson Hybrid best choice, in a new vehicle for the money.

The Tucson Hybrid is my best choice, in a new vehicle for the money I have spent. It provides the features and economy beyond my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at a fuel economy that exceeded the sticker indications on the specific vehicle I chose.

Few flaws

When the vehicle driver is selected from profile on screen it does not put the car seat into profile for that driver, you have to select 1 or 2 every time you start vehicle. Cup holders in rear are too small. Getting into rear seat is higher step than our previous Tucson.

Disappointing after having for a while

We test drove a lot of vehicles of the same class. Test driving does not always represent the actual vehicle as was the case with the Tu son. We enjoyed the acceleration, comfort, and quietness of the vehicle. But after having a few months we are discovering the conveniences that come with this trim are not always convenient and consistent. Things work, then they don't. The synthetic leather does not allow one to move easily. Our greatest disappointment is the gas mileage for the hybrid is nowhere near what was displayed. Would not consider purchasing Hyundai again.

I like the looks of the car. It handles well, breaks well and has good acceleration. It’s my first hybrid. I do enjoy it. Now for the things I don’t like. I don’t like Weather drive mode is located. Every time I go to change fan speed, or touch anything up in that area. It changes the drive mode. I don’t like the media screen set up. Got that nice great big screen and it’s worthless. My daughter’s bronco sport will tell you the name of the song on the artist. What do I get a great big screen that gives the station you’re on?I Also I don’t like your control panel. It’s fine in the evening, but as soon as the sun hits it, you can’t tell what is activated.

Comfy and stylish

The 2025 Tucson Hybrid is a smooth, fuel-efficient SUV that feels modern without being overly flashy. It gets about 38 mpg, has a comfy, techy interior with wireless CarPlay, and the hybrid engine gives it a nice boost without sacrificing ride quality. Back seat legroom is just okay, but overall, it’s a great everyday SUV with solid value.

Amazing vehicle

Amazing vehicle. The features provided with the car make driving it comfortable and enjoyable. The recommended Hyundai app is amazing due to it tracking the state of the car, such as gas and if the doors are unlocked. I would recommend a Hyundai Tucson to my friends and family.

Solid all around car

Rides well, nice perks, attractive but low gas mileage and pickup. Handles well, love the heads-up display. Love the large display, color choices but could improve the selection buttons on it. Some extraneous other functions wish there were a button for it.

Very Pleased!

The Tucson is a great value and has a lot of new technological features. It is safe to drive and gets fairly good fuel milage. It is also quite roomy inside and comfortable to drive and ride in. Very happy with my purchase.

Best vehicle that. I have ever driven.period.

Flaws first: Cannot turn off the 'take a coffee break ' reminder. Fan noise on medium and higher overrides music media- which could be better quality than Bose at this price level- say Bower and Wilkens or Mark Levinson. Some instability concerning the large info screen- once in awhile it will jump to a different screen -by itself!! BUT ,the Apple Car play troubles seem to have been solved!!! ( my 2022 Tucson SEL Car Play quit OFTEN) . OK, those hitches aside-Love this Tucson Limited Hybrid. Fantastic smooth ride quality, excellent handling AND 35MPG !

Great vehicle with many perks!

Great vehicle quiet and comfortable ride with many perks especially the Hybrid version of thie vehicle the ride is nice but there is a flaw that I don’t like at times the vehicle lags and jerks when you go from slow to fast or after release of braking but is not all the time but can be an annoyance

One or two tweaks would be perfect

Need power side view mirrors, not just manual, to open/close side view mirrors on Limited model. Need a spare in the hybrid, not just a repair kit. Plenty of interior room in backseat. Comfortable and user friendly.

Nice car with some questions

1. I wish the remote would have a place for the key to stick inside not dangling on the outside of the fob. 2. I don't like that I have to have the car running when I use the door closer to my garage, my Pacifica doesn't work like that. 3. I don't like the Doppler weather the way it works, and the gas station pricing of gas. Pacifica gives a nice radar weather map, and all the pricing of the gas stations around me. They say it has to do with HD signal, have to be close to a town that has it. So that's worthless. I don't like the maint book, it doesn't have the stuff that was in my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe Book. It doesn't show gas tank size in gallons, doesn't show how in cabin filter gets put in and out. Doesn't show any of the liquid amounts used in the Tuson, like transmission, oil, radiator, brake etc. So for the price of the vehicle I don't get the same stuff like the Chyrsler Pacifica 2020.

not sure if I would purchase this again if I had to do it all over. Not enough trunk room due to the slope of the back. So, I have to keep the seats down but they don’t lay flat. There is a HORRIBLY loud whistle sound when you excel over 65 mph. They say it’s the roof rack which they offered to remove but I paid more because I wanted it! Not great in the snow, and not much power. Love the looks! But not thrilled over all with the vehicle for these reasons.

Just what we wanted

We are thrilled with our Tucson Hybrid, and falling further in love with it four months into our ownership. It meets all the criteria: comfort, safety, economy and drive-ability. But what is an incredible bonus is the value we got. For significantly less than some of the competitors' vehicles (we looked long and carefully), the included tech, displays, and driver assist features are a gift that keeps on giving. As former Lexus fans we are delightfully surprised at this wonderful car!

Outstanding features

This has been an outstanding car with lots of features. The ride is smooth, and there is lots of room inside. In fact, it has more room than my old Santa Fe. I do find the map navigation software fairly lacking but CarPlay works great so I use Google Maps. I definitely recommend this car.

Make sure you choose the right vehicle

We went from a Jeep to a Hyundai but unfortunately after a week my wife felt more comfortable and safe in the Jeep compared to a Hyundai so we just traded our Hyundai in for a new Jeep -after owning the Hyundai for all three months
