I love my car! It would have a 5, but I hate the leather seats.

This car is amazing. It gets great gas mileage, handles well, looks sporty! I just hate the leather seats. They did not hold up, within 6 months the seat cracked and I was told it was not covered under warranty.

Overall a good vehicle. Exclusively driven by my wife. She feels it is too big for her and she struggles with set up to use the features in the vehicle.

Dealership Misdiagnosed for $1,800

Took my car in for a free oil change at the dealership. Don’t know how they worked it but, my a/c went out shortly after the servicing. Brought it back into the dealership. Was told that it would cost $1,800 to fix and charge the unit. I reluctantly said ok. They were set to bring the vehicle to my house but, the check engine light came on. Said that it would cost $1,100 more. Spoke with the Service Manager who said they Jerry rigged the issue and there was no further additional charge. WTF

Has had problems since day one

Worst car I have ever owned so many problems. No room to type the amount of problems this car has had and still had. Very poorly made.

The engine dies on my first initial start up. I typically have to start it at twice before it cranks up. I was going to put a 7 on value for the money because I paid to much for my car but in general I guess it is a fair price.

Nice looking but not built with thick metal

Car is beautiful but don't let a shopping cart near it. Don't let a kid come touch with bicycle. Be aware of golf balls. Don't park near someone who's door might hit your car. If you do any of those things you will have a ding. Metal not strong as other cars and dents easily.

Love my vehicle besides the leatherette interior

I love the car apart from the leatherette, the seat keep ripping and it started from the first year of purchase. The vehicle is used for work and leisure. I have gotten my seat replaced multiple times and the issue happens within 6 months of replacement. I am still waiting on the back of my seat to be replaced and never been notified when it was to be made available.

BEST CAR EVER

I love this car. I was looking for a new car and I rented cars for a whole year to decide what I wanted. The Hyundai Tucson was it. It was roomy, drove great and everything I need was right there. I purchased the gas model. At the time, there wasn't any finance charges and at the time, this was important. My nephew purchased the hybrid model 3 days later and my brother purchased the Santa Fe 8 months after us because we raved about the car so much. Earlier this year my son also purchased the 2023 Tucson. They all have Hybrids and that is what I will purchase in 18 months when this one is paid off.
