My Tuscon experience

Great vehicle all around. Love the technology, handling and mileage performance. Great storage, styling and lines. Great value for the money. Very safe vehicle to drive and great handling. I would certainly lease another Hyundai Tucson.

Love exterior design not so much interior

Exterior very stylish sporty. Inside just not enough storage and cup holder in back and doors doesnt hold but small cups and small water bottles. Dont like that have to have a cell phone to enjoys voice commands etc…

Amazing from outside, but even better inside.

When it comes to cars, my top priority is a fantastic interior. As I’ll be spending most of my time inside. This one impresses me with its beautiful interior and also offers the added bonus of an attractive exterior. Despite initially regretting the Red color choice, it has grown on me, and now I find it captivating—I simply can’t look away anymore. Moreover, the seats are incredibly comfortable, making long road trips a pleasure.

Love Our Hyundais'

This vehicle is way too new for a critique. My wife and I LOVE it so far just like our other Hyundai s going back to 1983. We are Extremely happy and Loyal to your brand and unless given a strong reason for change we will buy again in four years. We have two 2022 Hyundai in the driveway today, we have had 2 Hyundai in the driveway back to 1983 and will have two new Hyundai in the driveway in the driveway in 2027 !!

Love the vehicle, has everything I wanted in a new vehicle and the price was great

The vehicle I was looking for with the features and price was exactly what I got l. The phone conversations, email correspondence was excellent. I was told everything up front, no hidden rates or fees. In house customer service was above what I was expected. I had to drive 300 miles to get this vehicle but worth the drive.

I absolutely love my Tucson. It is so stylish. It’s easy to drive. It is very comfortable. It had everything I wanted. Safety features were a must have for me. The 360 camera best thing ever. Adaptive cruise is fantastic. I enjoy driving my Tucson.

Brand new vehicle needs a new engine

I had my car 5 months before check engine light came on! It has now been sitting at the dealership waiting for a new engine! I have almost had my loaner car longer than the car I purchased and I’m sad about it but nothing I can do! It’s beeen a waiting game! It’s not the dealerships fault where it is at!

Love it!

The Tucson is great in the winter and snowy conditions, and comfortable in the summer as well. It handles well, gets great gas mileage, and lots of compliments on the looks and comfort. It is fun to drive. I love the way the handles light up for me when I get to the door! The only thing I would change is to put the time in the main dashboard near the speed indicator. If it can tell me what song is playing next, it should be able to tell me what time it is without having to glance over to the center screen.

Nice looking vehicle. The check engine light came on and the engine was running rough The vehicle would not accelerate properly, after getting it inspected One of the injectors was stuck in open position dumping fuel the repair shop replaced injector high pressure pipe combustion seal and bolts. This happened at 21,000 mi on My 2022 Hyundai Tucson four-wheel drive vehicle.

Great vehicle price, styling and performance. I’ve owned several Hyundai vehicle’s. I spend a lot of time in my Hyundai and the Bose sound system takes me over the top. The warranty is wonderful and I will certainly recommend the Hyundai brand to all of my friends, relative's as well as coworkers. Good job Hyundai you knocked it out of the park.

Serious safety issues/alerts - Not able to schedule appointment for 3 months!

We've been owning this car since August/2022, and it currently has ~5,900 miles. Ever since we bought the car, we've been having serious issues with the navigation and sound systems (we weren't able to get any appointments so we found a fix where we would disconnect and reconnect the battery). This would happen every month or so. Then we have an issue with the tailgate light. Every single time it rains, there's water inside the tailgate light. Today 07/25/2023, while I was driving the car I got 4 SAFETY alerts (Check blind-spot safety system, Check forward safety system, check rear cross-traffic safety system and ABS). I called several Hyundai dealerships around my area and the earliest appointment I could get was in October. The main reason why we bought a NEW Hyundai was strictly for safety and reliability because we just had a baby. How can I use this car? Who's gonna be liable for any possible accidents? This car was a lemon from the start and I should have taken action earlier, and not put my family and other people in traffic at risk by driving this.

Best Decision

By far my best vehicle purchase to date. The Tucson has not disappointed and is a great long distance drive and an everyday commuter vehicle. The warranty that Hyaundai offers cannot be beat which is ultimately why we went with them over another competitor.

Sales process was rushed. Salesman and sales manager lied. Said I didn't qualify for Hyundai finance When I did. Lied and low balled my trade-in. Said they were saving me tax money on My trade when sellers don't pay taxes on trades. When I complained to GM he never called me Rather put me back in touch with the liars that f...ked me in the beginning. They had to refund money because of the fiance lie but never made the trade problem right. They didn't set up my features and treated us like shit. Wow our 3 Hyundai but the worst experience in our lives. Gettell is a joke and burned our love for Hyundai.
