Love the car, love the dealership

This is my third Hyundai and second purchased through Murdock Hyundai in Murray, Utah. I am pleased with the price, the quality of the vehicle and aesthetics. I have found my Hyundai's to be reliable and comfortable. I have been very happy with all three.

Not the best family car

It the best family car and not gas saving like they tell you. I should have done a better search into the car before signing 6 years of my life paying this car. Learned my lesson for next time I want to purchase a car with them or even consider purchasing another car from them or this brand.

It ok for the money paid for it. If you are looking for something cheap , not fun to drive just to get you from point a to b then it works, low quality material, no shine on paint. Interior bare minimum quality materials. You can Hera lots of noise from outside

Crappy Customer Service

Neither the Asheville NC dealership nor Hyundai Finance provide decent customer service. They do not resolve issues in a timely manner nor do they provide on compensation when they fail. Buyer BEWARE!!

I initially had a 2022 Tucson but the in-the-grill headlights are awful. Exchanged with 2021. Headlights aren't as bad but had to replace with led bulbs. This is a company owned vehicle. I won't drive it at night. If not for this issue I would purchase one for personal use... bottom line, if you only drive during the day it's a wonderful vehicle. If you drive at night, good luck. And if it rains at night, just park it!

Wonderful vehicle for everyday use

Being disabled I needed a vehicle I could get into and out of easily. The Tucson fit that need to a T. The drive is extremely comfortable. Heat when it's cold, a/c blows cold when it's hot. Always get EXCELLENT service when I Bri g it into the dealership for routine maintenance.

I had a bad experience with my car since the recall repair. For a new car and first owner; this has been very dissatisfying and make me question the durability of Hyundai vehicles. I will not recommend this vehicle to anyone based on my experience.

Great value and fun to drive

Bought this car as a first car for my daughter as she headed off for college. One of the things we liked best was all the safety features, as well as all of the creature comforts included at price point.

2021 Tucson Review

Save your money. Cabin noise is deathly loud. Mileage averages substandard. May be great for a family but the Kona excels over the Tucson in so many ways. It just did not satisfy in so many aspects that I would never consider a Tucson again in the near future. Not convinced that a Hyundai is in the future, either, due to the break-ins and rates of losses nationwide.

Great car

This car is comfortable, and easy to handle. The seats are comfortable east to adjust. The climate control is very nice and is easily used. I liked the heated seats and steering wheel. Also the cooling seat function.

Love my Tucson, love the style, gas mileage, ride, steers very easy. It can also turn around without a 3 point turn. I would definitely recommend this brand of car to anyone. It has been the most dependable car. Thanks

Amazing Car with excellent gas mileage

Went looking for a used Santa Fe. Had owned a Hyundai Scoupe years before and loved the quality of the cars. Found this one new and for the sa e price as a used Santa Fe and it fit the bill for what we needed. We have really loved the car and are currently averaging 31+ miles to the gallon.

Overall it is a great car could have more power. I have little to no complaints! I love the smart bright head light's, do not live the smart cruise control so much. It is the second Hyundai I have owned myself and the 5th between myself and my daughters.
