Hyundai Tucson Hybrid NLine is INLine with my expectations!
I purchased my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid NLine in January 2024 and have been enjoying it since. The sharp design of the vehicle really appeals to me. The interior is quite nice as well. It is roomy and comfortable and incredibly versatile to fit my needs. I truly love my Hyundai and am glad I have purchased another one (it is my second).
The hybrid aspect of the vehicle is very nice. I do a lot of coasting and get fairly decent miles per gallon. For the last year and 8 months I am averaging 30.3 mpg and that is with a roof rack and storage rack for the last 20,000 miles out of roughly 33,000 miles. The things that I don't love about the car are more complaints about modern vehicles in general. The media screen is a little lower than I would like it, as it does pull attention off the road to look at the map. I wish I had actual buttons, instead only touch screens. I wish I had the ability to flip my locks on a door and open or close a specific door manually. The beep while backing up is annoying however I appreciate it as the safety feature it is (to alert visually impaired persons). I wish I could have a way to turn the light off when the hatch and not have to worry about draining the battery (I have improvised a solution with a carabiner). However, these aren't deal breakers for me. They are just inconvenient. While sometimes I think the car is so "smart" that it is stupid, I am incredibly happy with the vehicle. The drive assist and auto adjusting cruise control features are amazing, the sound system quality is superb, and the vehicle is just fun to drive!
