Santa Fe 2025 - Review

Around I think the vehicle is well designed it has his pros and his cons as mentioned below, but it’s definitely moving towards the right direction. I can’t wait for Hyundai to improve on a vehicle that needs Little to improve on already. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to friends and family and I hope Hyundai continues to innovate and improve their vehicles because they’re doing a great job.

2026 Sante Fe

It is a good car, it seems to have to cool down for over 30 minutes after I drive it. Had to already have a battery replacement which I think the cool down is draining the battery. I wish our sales rep had told us the Matte finish can not go through a car wash as I am 65 and prefer a car wash at least weekly.

More to be desired

Thr vehicle is nice on the eyes. However, it have issues with starting, stalling, oftentimes it don't accelerate as it should, and at times I have to turn it off a few times to get it to start properly. Issues with the internet connection, and oftentimes the android connection sucks. I think it has promises but it's 2026 and the car ia 20 months old. I am waiting to get a new vehicle.

Comfort and Style

I have had my Santa Fe for just over a year now and I love my Santa Fe. The comfort of the seats, the handling of the vehicle on the road and the ease of phone and audio feature make traveling enjoyable. The second row is comfortable for my passengers and the storage in back allows us to haul what ever we need for trips short or longer.

I LOVE THIS CAR!

I purchased out of loving the look of this vehicle. Soon grew to love it for its roomy interior. I could fit 6 people and be comfortable. Also 4 people and a 55” tv and a 1078” smoker. I’m telling you there is plenty of.

Family fun car!

Nice car

I have enjoyed my new Santa Fe. The exterior design is sleek, and the height makes getting into and out of the car very easy - not too high, not too low. The interior is beautifully upholstered, spacious and very comfortable. I like having 2nd row bench seat (rather than captain's chairs) allowing me to carry 5 people comfortably without using the 3rd row. I am not a fan of the gearshift on the column, but this is a minor complaint, and you get used to it. It has all the most recent "tech stuff" and luxury features like heated second row seats. Overall, I am very pleased with my Santa Fe and would recommend it without reservation.

Good and bad

The vehicle has very good driving ability. Good acceleration, turning, and handling. The digital aspects such as features is terrible. After updates you need to reprogram your preferences. Presets are gone. The system automatically attaches to your phone and runs your battery dead. Simply put the digital features are a nightmare. If I had known then what I know now I would not have purchased the vehicle. Expensive lesson.

Transmission might be wonky

Overall I like the vehicle. This is my 2nd Santa Fe. It has ample room for all passengers and rear cargo space. The engine is same as the 2022 I had and so ample power. Ride comfort for the most part is good on newly paved roads but of course eastern Massachusetts has little of that. Poor road surfaces bring out the worst in ride comfort. Also, there seems to be something going on with the transmission when starting out in the morning. Starts out in low gear as expected but when the revs increase, it is not shifting to 2nd. I have to let off the gas peddle and it settles down and behaves fine after that. That happens often. Gas mileage is poor. Averages 20 mpg in mainly city driving. Other than that, it has all the features I could ever need as well as the premium sound system.
