Very happy

This is my 2 new Hyundai. Never owned a Hyundai before 2019. Very happy I tried one. It’s going to be hard to get this ford girl out of a Hyundai. Stopped by dealer in 2019 to look at a used Jeep. Now I’m on my 2nd Hyundai.

A reliable, feature-rich, mid-size SUV

The car does all of the basic operations very well. It also has a lot of non-basic operations which take the owner a while to figure out how to use. It is highly electronic -- not quite self-driving, but with tons of safety features that beep and boop to alert you to one thing or another.

Comfort car and lots of space

Nice comfort car with a lot of new function and space. But I got car shaking problem when accelerating at low speed. It is serious when driving uphill. I got appointment at dealership 2 days later. Hopefully, they fix it under power train warranty.

Meets expectations

I am very pleased with the Santa Fe I recently purchased. It meets all of the requirements I had for size, fuel economy, comfort and looks. I especially appreciate the new features of Bluetooth and back up camera.

Nice vehicle for the size.

Would recommend to a friend looking for a smaller SUV that still feels big. We have enjoyed all the many features equipped on the vehicle. All the bluelink features have been awesome addition to our purchase.

My second Sante Fe. Neither had any mechanical issues. Dependable. I’ve now owned three hyundais and none have had any mechanical issues. Great warranty but doubt it will be needed based on my experience.

Mechanically very well built (steering, 8 speed automatic, handeling, safety). Passenger seat in height adjustable, built in sun screens, excellent sound system. Cons: Seat material hot and sweaty. Lacks acceleration power.

Love love love this SUV!

Love this SUV. It looks great on both the outside and inside. It’s comfortable in all weather and driving conditions and handles very well. Gets very good gas mileage for its size - we drive usually in SMART mode and average around 24 mpg. It has hidden storage in the back and it’s very easy to fold down the seats for our dogs and/or get to the storage.

Hoping this vehicle serves me well. It’s very comfortable and fun to drive and really like the styling. Would have really like a passenger memory like the drivers seat for my very short wife but really do like that the seat has height adjustment. With all the safety features this vehicle forces me to be a better driver. Well done Hyundai.

Wasn’t looking to buy a new vehicle until we drove a Santa Fe as a rental on vacation.

We drove a Santa Fe as a rental when on vacation. We loved the size, room and comfort! When we got back home we decided to buy one! We hadn’t even thought of buying a new car until we drove the Santa Fe!

My 2023 New Hyundai Santa Fe Review

Needs a spare tire and rear signal lights up high instead of down low. Nice body style, and rather modern looking. Pretty blue exterior and pretty saddle interior; however, wife does not like all the black interior and prefers light.

One of the nicest vehicles I’ve ever had

I have the 2022 Santa Fe SEL hybrid. It’s one of the nicest vehicles I’ve ever owned. It has an incredibly smooth ride. And the gas mileage has been amazing. My only complaint is the lag when you come to a full stop. If you hit the gas, there are times where absolutely nothing happens for 2-3 seconds. It’s doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s super noticeable. My only other complaint is that the Santa Fe’s don’t hold their value at all. It’s really sad considering how nice they are.

Great safety features.

Hate the headlight design. Very distracting. Comfortable ride but the tech works about 1/2 the time like is should. “Works fine”according to dealer. This used to be an economic car. Not so much anymore. Therefore with the amount if money I spent, I expected more.

2023 Santa Fe SE AWD

Vehicle is brand new so can't speak to durability or reliability just yet, but I can say, I have driven Fords nearly my whole adult life and Hyundai kills Ford on price, material craftsmanship, and styling. I feel Ford abandon me in vehicle selection and quality.

Great performance and reliability

Vehicle is stylish, safe, good gas mileage. Has many newer safety features such as side blindspot views when signal is on which is nonexistent in other vehicles. 360 views are the best I’ve seen. I have driven cross country and experienced better mileage than I imagined (30+ mpg). Love the added storage under the floor in the cargo area, no others have this.
