Had it 3 months and then needed a new engine

I had this car for 3 months and noticed a knocking sound in the engine. Took it in to get it looked at and it took Hyundai almost a solid month to even tell me what was wrong with the car and determine that I needed a new engine, on top of having to rent my own car in the mean time because they did not provide a loaner for two weeks with no response as to why. Customer service was terrible. Loved the car, shame it broke.

Updated and Upgraded SUV

The 2023 Santa Fe SEL AWD is a leap from the 2010 FWD Santa Fe I own. As a matter of fact, the vehicle cannot be compared because there have been too many innovations in the 2023 model. There is ample room, great visibility, phone integration and charging, and a beautiful sound system. Seating is extremely comfortable and seats 5 well. There is ample storage in the rear of the vehicle. Handling and braking are very much improved as well!!! The styling appearance is very easy on the eyes.

LOVE MY CAR. I was able to move my son into his college dorm. Drive around friends and family and they have a lot of space in the back. It is EASY On the gas. My son is happy I can pick up him and his friends

Love my Santa Fe - not the issues having in less than 1 year

Rides, looks, handles very well. Would like better fuel mileage. Not pleased with having to dig online to find out the issue with the "uploading contacts" message was due to a navigation program update. And once found I should not have had to purchase (not from Hyundai) a specific size thumb drive so that I could get the program off the website. Very disappointed in Hyudai on this one.

Not happy

Not Happy No way that I can give you 200 characters. Call me if you want details. Brock Sloan (864) 663-4090. Totally unhappy with dealership. I feel they cheated me. List price was $42,930. the hid the total on window which was $49,925. Had really bad experience with tag transfer also. Took over 6mos to straighten tag out.

Excellent Car

Plenty of power, great pickup, great stitching of the leather steering wheel, dash board, seating. Love the continuous skylight. I utilize the rear storage to put my bike in to take long rides. Very impressed with the suspension system.

Very happy with my new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe overall. Experience of the back of the back and forth with the sales manager in the showroom was not pleasant. Main reason for purchase was our sales person. He went above and beyond to make everything was to my satisfaction.

Great vehicle.

Great vehicle, very comfortable, I have only two issues, One, the display screen has a delay . Two, the pickup is pretty slow. Overall very satisfied. Good seats, good leg space, good features for the price.

Absolutely amazing and fun to drive

Amazing experience with the dealership, I was shown what I wanted and nothing extra, except to show me what I might like, I was listened to and truly shown what I wanted. The car itself is so comfortable and easy to control and fun and so many safe driving options/controls. I recommend this car and others of Hyundai to all my friends looking for new cars

Smart choice

Good vehicle. Enjoy driving. Great for distance. Best with taller person. Net in the back flat is a grocery bag life saver for sure. Sound system is meh I’ve had better but it’s not terrible. The center console took some getting used to for sure too

I have only had the car for 6 weeks.

I really like my new car except the radio if a disappointment because it has a lot of static. The location of the passenger rear view mirror creates a bling spot if I want to pull out into traffic to make a left hand turn. I cannot see the oncoming traffic unless I move my head way up to the front window.

numerous issues and customer service not good

only had my 2023 1 year and have already been in the shop 3 times and due to go back in again, but need to wait 2 months to bring back in because 2 dealerships are backed up with service cars. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE A HYUNDAI AGAIN!!!! I WANT TO RETURN AND GET MY MONEY THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID TOWARDS IT BACK IN FULL!!!!

It could have been smoother

The Santa Fe is an excellent car for us we are in our 70s and find the car easy to get in and out of and easy to drive. We like the style of the car. We have owned a Santa Fe before, and find this one much better than the old one.
