Vehicle has been good, I traded in a Chevy suburban LTZ so it’s much smaller but so far I have not had any issues except that I had a tire leak day one after. I drove it home from the dealership and of course they made me pay $35 to have the leak patched did not leave a good taste in my mouth and I figured that the dealership would at least comp me on the tire repair being that I just had picked up the vehicle, but they did not

Car is great. Hyundai salespeople are not

Car is great. Transaction was average. However the salesman called me the day after the sale to berate me for giving him and the sales process only 7’s and 8’s. Left me and my wife shaken and afraid to go back to the dealer for service in case we ran into him again. Problem is they are the only Hyundai dealer in 100 miles.

The best car ever

Overall i am in love with this car and all the features it has to offer. Everyday I find something new that makes me fall In love all over again. The only thing I would change is the fact that the phone charger in the middle gets the phone really hot. Other that I love this car

Like my 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid

I had a 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid and while it was ok- it was just “meh”- nothing special. We traded for the new style 2025 and are very pleased with the new style. It seems much bigger- we have increased capacity to haul things with middle and back seats down. Surprisingly, it gets better gas mileage than our smaller 2023z

Nice but not trouble free!

Nice looking car with good tech features. However, in the first 3 months I've had 3 issues! Two requiring AAA assistance, one with a tow to the closest dealership.

Hyundai Hybrid Santa Fe, pretty great

I have enjoyed many things about my LImited Trim Hybrid Hyundai Santa Fe, AWD. Very few complaints, and honestly the only major ones are the odd absence of 2nd and 3rd row heat and AC controls. Since this is a 3rd row vehicle, I feel like the 2nd row needs a complete heating/AC control system, and the third row only has a AC control, which is very odd, not sure why heat would not be included. I also would like to see an integrated dash cam, like the new palisade has. Also, the rear tires or rear of the vehicle kick up alot of spray/mist that comes back onto the back of the vehicle, making it very dirty, covering the rear glass with water even when it is not actively raining(if driving on a wet road). perhaps adding mud flaps will resolve this.

Bluelink and software issues for 7 months with no resolution.

Love the vehicle. Hate the Bluelink support. I've had the vehicle to dealers 2 times and no resolution of non-functional bluelink. Now the system is stuck after an OTA update for some driver monitoring system. Stuck on "ready to install update".

Have had a great ownership experience with the Santa Fe and can recommend the vehicle to others.I especially like the squared off design of the body which affords ease of entry and exit, and offers ample space inside.The economy meets expectations as does the engine power. The operation of the hybrid system is seamless, operating better than expected.

Love the vehicle.

Awesome vehicle. Great job on the styling, the fuel economy, and the technology. However, it should have come with a spare tire. That's my only complaint I have with the vehicle.

Two hiccups but it’s a nicely designed vehicle

We have had two electrical problems in the first 3,100 miles. Both times the car started but would not go into gear, nor would it turn off unless we disconnected the truck battery. Towed twice and repaired. Service department has been wonderful. Driving the Santa Fe Hybrid and enjoying its features has been a pleasure. Hoping there will be no more electrical issues.

Overall I am very pleased but there has been one problem: Sometimes the lift gate opens at night by itself. This is a big problem because I park on the street so there is a risk of theft or vandalism. Can you help with this?
