Great car with all the bells and whistles.

Great car with all the bells and whistles. I have the 2026 XRT model with just about every option. This is my secondary car (an EV being primary) that I use for hauling things around. I also use her for towing a 3300# load with no issues - plenty of power. When towing this load I see my mileage drop from the upper 20’s to between 12 and 15 mpg which is not surprising, it’s almost the same as my previous tow vehicle ( a Toyota FJ). Overall I am very pleased and cannot think of any significant things to improve or change.

I'm very satisfied with my "little" truck. I get a lot of compliments on it. Has good "get up and go" to it. The only thing I would change is the dash. I would rather have gauges on the dash instead of LED display.

A wider seat...

I love the style of my Santa Cruz. I loved the look of my Santa Cruz. I love the way you drove and handled! It was just too tight in the hips for my stature. And so I had to turn right around and trade it because I couldn't drive it for long periods of time without it hurting me. And that's sad because I now really really miss it.

Love my Santa Cruz!

This is my second Santa Cruz. I love the utility, flexibility, and usefulness of this vehicle. It is easy to drive, does not feel like driving a truck but feels even better than my last car. I appreicate all of the driving features (my wife and I call them 'senior assist'). 360degree veiw when backing up, adaptive cruise control, left/right mirror views in dashboard when using the turn signal, steering assist, and the tactile feedback in the steering wheel. My only negatives are: I would have preferred a lighter ( perhaps Grey not Black ) interior, but was not an option with this package. My only other semi-negative is the 'running boards' are, in my opinion more for show than usefulness. They do look nice however.

Great looking vehicle. Excellent technology. Smooth driving. Typical Hyundai uncomfortable seats. Two key features needed: 1) electronic rear view mirror; 2) surround view should automatically turn on anytime speed is below 10MPH.

Perfect Vehicle for my needs, But....

My 2026 Hyundai is a perfect vehicle for my needs. Although 73, I am still active, especially when it comes to taking care of the yard, travelling, and helping others with their moving needs. The only disappointment is the rear seats. I rarely if ever haul more than one other person, as the rear seats are not comfortable for anything more than a 10-20 minute ride. Other than that, the vehicle rides like a dream, provides me the utility I need, and has the "bells and whistles" I like in my vehicles.

It’s pretty good

My actual miles per gallon is much lower than what was advertised. The blindspot on the passenger side is terrible. You 100% must use the camera, but the camera is positioned to where you can’t see it through the steering wheel. It’s really a bad design.

Early impression

Twenty-three years in the making and at my age likely my last new vehicle purchase. The technology leap alone has been bewildering to say the least. After more than 4 decades of driving a pickup I wanted a more car-like drive. The minuscule pickup qualities satisfy the truck guy left in me while giving me that car-like comfort. Gas mileage is not impressive but I don't really drive all that much anymore. It will be interesting to see if the Santa Cruz can deliver the overall service of my forfeited 2003 Dodge Dakota. Time will tell.

BlueLink iffy

BlueLink left me in the woods twice on my 5 day vacation; both were rural areas but I never had this problem with OnStar. The location of the volume button is constantly being hit by my finger when I turn the wheel.
