Car in the shop.

Disappointed that the vehicle broke down and having to wait until weekday to have it inspected. Less than 6 months. Hopefully i will be able to get a loaners car until repairs are done.

I don’t like anything about the vehicle The 3 rd row is so hard to use with 3 car seats 2 in the second row bucket seats 1 in the 3rd row - sold as a great choice for my needs , it absolutely is not Terrible had mileage Over charged interest rate and after the service manager stopped being the contact person for service the person I am assigned to is sales sales sales it’s annoying and unnecessary

This vehicle is a lemon

I’ve had this car for around 13 months I’ve had 8 engine lights requiring me to take it in to be serviced. All specific to the Powertrain. That’s not counting the numerous recalls I’ve also had to get fixed. Hyundai refuses to label this as a lemon even though I’ve brought the vehicle in countless times and have been without a car at minimum a month within the first 13 months of owning it. The Hyundai service people have been nice and helpful. It’s not their fault the product is defective.

Awful..

This vehicle was a lemon. I purchased a brand new palisade xrt and there was nothing but recalls on it. I bought it to be able to put passengers in my third row only to get yet another recall for the third row not being safe for passengers. My blacked out grill was peeling off in sheets yet the dealer did not want to replace it. It looked terrible! It didn’t help that the closest dealer had the worst customer service.. I would never in my life recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Disappointing

For the price, my 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy has been somewhat disappointing. The Apple Carplay/Navigation/Sound System interface on the center console screen is cumbersome to deal with, and you have to plug in your phone for the CarPlay to work. The climate control system is confusing to work with. From a drivability standpoint, it should ride better given its souped-up features and elevated cost. The pickup could be much better.

Well worth the money

Went from a 2016 Infiniti QX60 to a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Very happy with purchase and it has a ton of bells and whistles. Sound system excellent except I needed to add a subwoofer to the system now awesome sound. 6cyl was a must no 4 cyl turbos for me, also 5 year bumper to bumper warranty not 3. 2 road vibration rattles not bad but annoying when stereo not on. Rides nicely not too noisy. Overall worth the $50,000.

Transmission Shifting

Prior to the Palisade I owned a 2013 Genesis R-Spec and I have been surprised to see that after 12 years the transmission downshifts are still very slow with the engine sounding like it is over speeding. You would think that this complaint would have been fixed by now since it has been on almost every model and year since they went away from the ZF transmission circa 2011.

A GREAT CAR FOR THE PRICE!

After researching several SUV's of this size, it was obvious this car had a better overall value for the money than other models. The style is pleasing, sporty, and has led the charge in style.

I love this SUV!

I love the sport version of this SUV that I got. There are small things here and there that sometimes go wrong and have been a few recalls. Carplay doesn't connect without a cord, and sometimes doesn't work great. The child-locks are set by the back seat window lock, which is frustrating because my kid is old enough to roll down his window but I'd like to leave child-lock on. Other than that though, the car runs well and gets me out of snow and mud well. It keeps my kids safe and the pull down shades are great. The third row is relatively roomy and the back is spacious. All of the seats are comfortable.
