I love this SUV!

I love the sport version of this SUV that I got. There are small things here and there that sometimes go wrong and have been a few recalls. Carplay doesn't connect without a cord, and sometimes doesn't work great. The child-locks are set by the back seat window lock, which is frustrating because my kid is old enough to roll down his window but I'd like to leave child-lock on. Other than that though, the car runs well and gets me out of snow and mud well. It keeps my kids safe and the pull down shades are great. The third row is relatively roomy and the back is spacious. All of the seats are comfortable.

Quality automobile

Excellent power and handling for a big car. Gas mileage is what it is. Might have changed location of infotainment and other control buttons differently. All in all love the car.

Cheaply built expensive mediocre car

The 2025 Palisade provides a nice smooth ride but the components of the vehicle are cheap and do not wear well over time. And when I say "over time", I mean pretty much immediately after you drive the car off the lot. My door handles have paint peeling off them despite the fact that I only drive the car about once or twice a week. The dealer refuses to do anything to fix the issue, blaming the fact that I wear a ring on my hand and saying it is what is scratching the paint. This happened after owning the car for less than a year! I have never had this issue on ANY of the other cars I have owned over the years. There is a know defect in the windshield of all 2025 Palisades where there is a blurry area to the right of the driver's vision. I showed the dealer and he told me it was in all of the 2025 models and even brought me one to prove it to me. I asked if it was reported to Hyundai and he said no. I dealt with Hyundai customer care for both these issues and they were absolutely useless and provided no remedy whatsoever. For the amount of money I have paid for this car I should not be dealing with any of these issues and should be proud to drive this car. Instead I am embarrassed that I even bought a Hyundai in the first place.

We have 22,000 miles on our Palisades and have had no mechanical issues. I am very pleased with the performance and most of all my wife absolutely love the ride.

This is my 4th Hyundai SUV.. so you could say I have a history. I go back to Hyundai vehicles because the warranty is great and the vehicles are very tech savvy with bells and whistles you don’t get in this price range. I’m great at debates with other luxury suv owners because my Palisade is great

Good value some tradeoffs

The features are good value but suspension and feel driving is soft. Have also had a few recalls we’ve been waiting for parts on for too long.

Decent, far from great

The car itself is decent, except for the exterior (night edition). But Hyundai does not care about their customers post sales. It’s too bad because the car is nice inside and very comfortable and spacious.
