great vehicle

originally drove a 2023 model since my vehicle at the time was involved in an accident and subsequently totaled by insurance company. Liked the vehicle so went looking for one to purchase. Also checked with someone I know who owns a collision center and said there are only 2 vehicles he would purchase himself and this is one of them.

It would be a 5 star if someone could get my profile on my vehicle.

I enjoy the ride, comfort, styling, and dependability. When I purchased the vehicle, the profile should have been included in the components of the car. It did not. I repeatedly tried to work with the dealer, Hyundai support, all to no avail.

A Balance of value and sophistication.

My Hyundai Pallisades has performed flawlessly over the past year with only minor issues.The handling is way better in the curves than the vehicle size and stance would lead you to believe. The electronic package however does leave much to be desired. For example the vehicle constantly fights you when all the lane keeping is active. The vehicle want to keep you closer to the centerline than I prefer and continually pushes back to get closer to the centerline. You should be able to turn all lane assist off. I currently have two outstanding recalls I cannot get fixed due to parts, I am told.

I really enjoy the car and the third row for having the extra space.

I do not think I have taken advantage of all the technology. I have had an issue with the last service we received from the dealership. I filled out a survey and did not receive any response back. This was super disappointing. We will no longer go to dealership to receive service or buy another Hyundai

My palisade

I really like my Palisade. Has really nice features inside. Some of the products you feel a little cheap. I’ve had no mechanical issues at all. Just lots of recalls.
