No problems in the first 1,000 miles

Vehicle is fine. No problems. Commitments as to delivery date from the factory to the dealer varied, and in the end, we got a surprise phone call from the dealer that the vehicle was available for pick up--a week earlier than the latest estimate. Vehicle was purchased in Washington, but titled and registered in Oregon. Information the dealer gave us re paying the Vehicle Use Tax to the State of Oregon (the dealer did not pay it directly to the Oregon Department of Revenue, leaving it to us to pay it personally) was incorrect and resulted in us being assessed penalties and interest for "late" filing.

2024 palisade limited

Great vehicle for anyone. Options unlimited and easy to use. Crew worked with me in order to make sure I was happy and in and out in a very short time frame. I would recommend you to give it a shot if you are in the market.

Poor assembly, driver's door issues

Vehicle is amazing, however it has assembly problems. There is an annoying sound like loose screws without tightening, it seems like the door is going to break, like an old car. I have HarmaKardon sound but I can't use it because of the terrible door sound.

Good car for a family of 4 or less. The car has some great cameras to help visualize spots that can be difficult to see. Lane assist is very annoying. I like the cap-less gas tank of my previous vehicle, wish they would do that with this car. Great warrantee, but I'm concerned about the ability for the service department to appropriately care for my car.

Excellent choice of styling and ride

The palisade calligraphy is one of the best looking vehicles in the SUV, segment, has high tech features, and is very spacious. The front end and side styling are exceptionally modern and will not become dated.

Excellent

Overall excellent vehicle in comfort and features. Acceleration is adequate but could be quieter. Normal cruise noise is very quiet. The vehicle has very nice subtle features that is not obvious until you have driven it for awhile.

Porter Hyundai was wonderful in providing me wonderful customer service.

Wish 2024 Hyundai XRT would have more features like the Limited does, such as 360 view camera, Drive Assist II. I was a little disappointed that there is now wireless CarApplePlay it's only for Androids.

Sleek, quiet and Comfortable

This will be the most sought-after SUV soon! Style, price, warrantee, and service make this in my opinion the best vehicle on the market. I love the luxury feel, the quiet interior, and all the features. The navigation is the best I have ever experienced.

Would be 5 out of 5 if the entertainment system would remember radio presets

We really want to like this car. Everything about it is stellar EXCEPT it will not save radio presets on any profile, despite following the instructions in the manual, watching YouTube video tutorials, and consulting Reddit. This is a BASIC feature of a car that has been around for decades. That we are unable to get this work casts serious doubts in my mind on the rest of the technology operating in my vehicle. It is akin to the dirty folding tray on an airplane. If they cannot get that right, what else is broken?

Love our new Palisade

We are amazed with this Palisade. We did not know how many features a Calligraphy could have! The massaging drivers seat is amazing. The cooled seats are incredible. We bought the new Night Edition, and the styling is top notch!

Palisade is fantastic!

The Palisade is a great car overall! There are many safety features, along with comfort, interior space and overall look can’t be beat. I love the overall design…the exterior color along with the interior lights and features make this car look like a luxury vehicle, without paying a luxury price.

Beyond happy with our 2024 Palisade

We recently purchased our 2024 Palisade from Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford. Victor, our Sales Rep, was very knowledgable and a complete pleasure to work with, as was the sales manager, Kyle, and the finance manager, Moe. It was a happy, fun purchase experience. And, we love or new Palisade. It rides beautifully. And we feel very safe in it.

Spacious and stylish

Palisade has a large cargo area that is great for all my sports equipment. The Ride is quiet and comfortable. The safety features are excellent especially for older drivers. The automatic braking is the key safety feature I was looking to get.

Great Dealership, Great Employees and Great Vehicle

Great Vehicle all-around save for paint concern at hood. Interior and features cannot be beat for anywhere near the vehicle price. Purchased the extended warranty that from what we have been told will cover everything including the tires and rims (including aftermarket rims purchased at a later date) for 100K miles. That itself is amazing.

Great car for the money

Car is gorgeous and drives very nice. This is our third palisade and we’re in an extremely bad car accident with number two. The car was hit bye another car at an excessive speed at fault bye the other car and totalled our car. My wife and I were hurt bye the car but saved bye the cars safety systems. All air bags went off and saved our lives. For this reason alone I bought another palisade as quick as I could. We owe our lives to the safety of this car.

Great car with all the features

Nice looking car with excellent handling and comfort. Like integration with Apple AirPlay and door locks. The Bluelink services are essential for all vehicles. The rear storage area is a good size and easily accessed. Well done!
