Service advisers suck

Advisors suck. They trick people and don’t follow warranty procedures. They tried to push me off to another tire shop because they weren’t willing to change my tire that I paid extended warranty for.

Great Family SUV

First time buying a Hyundai and it was a great decision. Dealer acted in good faith on price / trade in value and reasonable on finance terms . Pallisade is amazing all around vehicle for all my family needs .

I bought a new 2022 Palisade and sold it privately and bought another 2033 Palisade

I shopped at various Hyundai Dealerships as Palisades are hard to find. I was completely turned off by any Hyundai Dealerships that marked up their pricing over the MSRP. There was one incident where two Hyundai Dealerships owned by the dealer principal had different pricing, one at MSRP and one a couple thousand over MSRP.

Best SUV I have ever own

The Palisade is a luxury SUV with a lower price tag. It is the best SUV I have ever driven, it is confortable and has a lot of features. I love the stilling . The build quality is excellent. Fuel efficiency could be better.

Love this car

We love our Palisade! It’s comfortable, rides well, handles the snow well, and the interior is beautiful! Also love all of the conveniences. Being short, I appreciate the adjustable bolster on the drivers seat and the automatic raise and lower function of third row seats. I no longer have to crawl into the trunk to put the third row up or down like I did with our previous vehicle. Honestly, these two features made the Palisade stand out over the Telluride for me.

Love the vehicle. The options included with the price is outstanding. No other vehicle can compare except for the Kia Telluride. The highway mileage was surprisingly good on a trip to Nashville where I was getting 27 mpg with four people and fully loaded with luggage.

After driving it for two years, not that happy with it.

The test drive didn't reveal how rough and noisy the ride is. Although it was well rated by Consumer Reports, I'm concerned with how well it will actually hold up, and there are so many things that can break down. I got over 20 years with my Toyota. Not sure this car will last even 10.

Vehicle is good. Service at Sterling is HORRIBLE. Management is a joke. No one knows what is going on. You don’t get oil changes when the paperwork says you do. You try getting it fixed, Sterling wants you to tow your car and can’t do anything about your tires that cannot be rotated due to the damage bc they were NOT rotated when documented.

Parts department very helpful and quick. I contacted the dealership and explained my situation and Richard was able look into my situation and informed that it was still under warranty with no issues. Very Helpful.

Vehicles makes loud popping, grinding noise under rear of vehicle. Do not purchase a hyundai as the service dept will never find anything wrong with your vehicle after multiple visits and tell you all cars make nouse

I love my Palisade! It has so many great features, is fun to drive, has plenty of room for 7 passengers and still has storage room. I love how I have so many transmission options (comfort, sport, economy). It gets great gas mileage even with 7 passengers in the car and the heads up display is excellent.
