great car and great mileage, I've seen only two in the last year on the road. you should do more advertising on the model . I didn't know anything about the model until the dealer introduced me to it. great car for my needs !

Extremely satisfied!

I love my Ioniq. I do mostly city driving, lots of stop and go, and the mileage is excellent! It has a very smooth ride and is so quiet.It is my first experience with a keyless start and took a little getting used to it. I love the backup camera and guide.Learning how to use the temperature controls most efficiently was the greatest challenge. I get many compliments on it's sleek style.

I got my Hyundai Ionia last November.. I just love it.. from interior to the exterior.. just love it.. the leather so nice .. radio n sound can’t complaints.. car just a little noisy on freeway but other than that I love this car.. save lots of gas..

Love my Ioniq

Commute daily over 3hrs and did not have a commuter friendly car. Began looking into Hybrids and found the best value for my dollar was the Ioniq. I went from filling up my gas tank 3 times a week done to 1 time a week...I have saved tons of $$$$ over and over. I absolutely love my car and have named her Xena the Warrior.

Great on Gas

Great on gas , smooth drive , sleek look comfy seating , all the comfort of navigation from your phone, blue service for any emergency , Piowerful a/c , the sport speed gives you that extra kick that sometimes you wish to enjoy, buying this car was the smartest purchase I’ve done in years and buying it from the Braman Family has made the experience even better.

I absolutely love this car!! Wonderful gas mileage! I've saved so much money! The truck space is amazing and even the leg space in the back seat is fantastic! I love having the ability to switch back and forth to manual shifter for a quick take off to get across a busy street or for mountain driving.

Incredible mileage, unbelievable price!

I bought my 2017 Ioniq for just $23K, the dealer included several extras worth $2000. I was attracted by the mileage rating - 58 mpg - and it has not disappointed. I drive economically, which means its just me in the car 80% of the time, driving at posted speeds, and I routinely get 61 - 64 mpg. I like the dual-clutch system which delivers amazing acceleration and a manual drive experience when I want it. On a longer trip when i was averaging 70 mph with 2 others in the car, my mileage was ~54 mpg! The car doesnt handle curves and speeds like a Mazda 3 or a Ford Focus, but that's not what it's been designed for. No dearth of room compared to similar sized cars, and it is incredibly quiet and smooth, thank goodness it has loud beep that reminds you to switch off the engine when you leave the car. But the price is what got me. You CANNOT get a hybrid of this quality from any other manufacturer at this price. Would have preferred to buy the plug-in hybrid, but they dont sell them in MN!

I love the sporty look and the great mileage. I haven't seen another on the road yet. The blue is very attractive. Handles very well on the highway. It takes curves extremely well. It is just a fun car to drive.

Owned for one year now. Love the vehicle. Feels very sturdy. Looks good inside. Handles well. I'm not a 'difficult' driver. Milage is fantastic! Which is what I was looking for in new car. Easy to understand panel.

This is my first hybrid and I love the gas mileage! I also like that it is a hatchback--can haul items of a reasonable size very easily. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a great car. I previously owned a Sonata for ten years and that was a very nice car too. Hamilton Hyundai takes very good care of its customers; that is why I am a return customer.

I love my Hyundai Ionic. I did a lot of research before I chose it and I am not disappointed in it. The battery is guaranteed for the life of the car and that was a big plus for me compared to other cars who go between gas and battery. Also, I never have to plug my car in. It goes from gas to battery and back again on its own. The gas mileage was a very important factor to me. It said I would get between 58 an 59 mpg. I got an Ionic with more gadgets on it than a stripped down model, so I don't get quite that good of gas mileage but I do average in the 54 to 56 mpg and after having cars that gave me 25 mpg, I am not complaining at all!!! Since I was more concerned with the gas mileage that the looks of the car, it was a pleasure to also get a car that I think can hold its own in looks beside the most expensive car out there. It has a stylish look that says "high end"!! You would never know it is a hatchback from looking at it. But what a wonderful surprise it is for loading groceries and suitcases!! The interior can't be beat as for leg room in the back and front. I love the dashboard with its total display of all that is going on. The steering wheel has controls for everything you need to control by remote while driving!! Plenty of storage or all your supplies between the seats and the glove compartment. Mp3 player, plug ins for phone, mp3 players, etc. etc. I could go on and on. The seating is so comfortable as you can adjust to your body!! It is so easy to drive and it feels like it is hugging the road as I drive it!! And all of this for a price that is lower than most cars out there on the road today!!!

Ioniq - What took you so long?

I traded my Santa Fe in for 2017 Ioniq and am totally satisfied with it. Love the excellent mileage, Car Play and the sleek, sporty look! Only reason I would trade is for a Hyundai Hybrid SUV. I’m hooked on Hyundai vehicles!

Love my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid!

I've bought many cars new and used but my Ioniq Hybrid has given me the most satisfaction. The gas mileage is amazing with an average of 56 mpg highway and city. The performance of the engine is pretty incredible for a 4 cylinder engine! The ride is smooth and quiet. The seats are very comfortable and super easy to clean. The hatchback gives me lots of cargo room when I need it. I've had lots of compliments from friends and strangers who see the car for the first time. I've had zero problems with this car and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a Hybrid!!

In a year's time we still feel we made the right purchase

We are happy with most everything about our Ioniq, particularly the gas mileage which is the main selling feature. There are a few minor things we'd change if we could, one being that we miss a rear windshield wiper that we had on other vehicles. We didn't like the Auto defrost feature and would rather add that ourselves, which was remedied on our last visit, with the serviceman taking that off.

Best decision I have ever made

I love this car, I live in south Grand Prairie and work in Richardson for people outside DFW that is 40 miles each way. This car is reliable the maintinanc costs are low ... the electrical system has a life time warranty, and the car just looks good especially in the grey. So what is so great you ask ... the answer is the whole package the only truest amazing solo stand out is the gas mileage the car says it will get 60 mpg and it will, your gas mileage actually gets better in traffic as insane as that sounds, and everything else about the car is solid no amazing stand outs like the gas mileage but a solid car. It looks good, the road noise is minimal, it has just enough power to get out of its own way, the inside is comfortable, the ac can freeze you out even in Texas, and the heater can roast you. I’m 6’4” and I for just fine in the front seats and no one has ever complained about space in my car or b I got uncomfortable in the back seat. If your a mature person a large part of the car is it’s eco friendly and partly biodegradable. That wasn’t a selling point for me but it’s still cool. Also the ride is stellar and the factory tires are nice. I know I put fun to drive as an 8 that doesn’t mean it’s bad - but it’s not a camero either ... just saying

Love the car but disappointed with the average mileage

I love the car with one big exception which I have documented and communicated to this dealership and your corporate offices on numerous occasions. I purchased the vehicle with the expectation that it would average 55 MPG as was shown on the window sticker. No matter how conservatively I drive the vehicle, I am unable to achieve more than 47 MPG average as shown on the dashboard computer reading. I documented this problem and manually calculated the MPG for months and found that the actual mileage over the life of each tank of fuel was even lower than the computer reading showing 44-46 MPG. I shared all the history and documentation to the dealership and your corporate/customer service folks and their only response was to blame my driving habits. I finally gave up after falling on deaf ears and being blamed for the deficiency over and over. I can't afford to start a class action suit over the matter, but I will be the first in line when I am notified that others have experienced the same disappointing mileage and take it to the next level. I leased this vehicle so I am committed for 3 years and it is unlikely that I would sign for another Hyundai after this experience.

There are challenges to this vehicle that Hyundai has yet to address

I owned this vehicle for about a year and was not comfortable in it as all of what was promised did not deliver so I change vehicles. I could never find anyone who knew about the vehicle to answer questions. Once I purchase the car only saw three in the whole Georgia area. The only positive about that vehicle is he mileage

Great car

I love my Ioniq hybrid. I get really great gas mileage. At least 52 mph daily to work even with all the hills where I live. My old Prius would only get 47 mpg daily. On long trips I get an incredible 60 mpg. My old Prius would get up to 55 mpg. I am on vacation now in New Hampshire getting 60 mpg. It has only cost $28 to drive from Pittsburgh to Manchester. And 2 days of driving around i still don't need gas yet. Ioniq is much sportier looking than the new spaceage Prius. The only thing that could be better is the road noise inside the car. It is not as quiet as the Prius. Overall it is an excellent car.

Sweet little car

I have owned my Hyundai Ionic hybrid for a year now and it has continued to delight me, both in my driving experience and with its gas mileage. The is dream to drive in stop and go traffic because the battery does the work at slower speeds and the brakes recharge the battery when slowing down. I have gone five miles in rush hour traffic without using a drop of gas. Even at high speeds for long distance, such as crossing the state of Idaho at the legal speed of 80 mph, the car averaged over 48 miles per gallon. It is a sweet and a comfortable car.
