Very luxurious

Nice ride. Very smooth, tight ride. Very luxurious, and handles very well. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase. Vehicle handles excellent, good power, and exceleration. The car has many luxury features, I enjoy driving the car, I have also received many compliments from total strangers.

Best in class luxury mid size SUV after owning all of them!

Unless you are trying to buy a mid sized SUV that drives like a sports car and are willing to spend 2x this is your best bet! I've owned all the German and British competitors and love the GV80 for its interior/exterior design, build quality, and overall feel it gives me. Highly recommend this brand and for now it is by far the best value in the luxury class and should be priced higher than most of its competitors. Unless you just need the "brand X" badge you need to consider this regardless of price!

Too many Flaws to overcome the Highs

Glitches tech. Really poor fuel economy. Highest trim 20k more. Basic mats? Older usb a connections? No wireless android auto? 1 massaging seat? Rear HVAC controls the entire vehicle? The dealership is doesn't honor the we owe to fix. It doesn't feel like a premium experience at all.

Great styling, comfort, performance and fuel economy. Fantastic driving experience. Very easy to drive and use. Easy to enter and exit. Great space in the rear area, seats fold for additional space. Room in second row is outstanding for the size of the car. Accelerates smoothly and quickly.

Overall very pleased. Hate the shifter. Entry head room (I’m 5’9”) an issue compared to Lexus, owners manual a joke, copy Lexus interior storage for better car. Safety features especially heads up display of blind side cars is wonderful. Quiet, power, style all drove the selection

Beautiful styling, luxury level features and phenomenal performance. The ride is excellent, so many features and technology is above any expectation. Offers dual heat/cooling seats, heads up, exceptional navigation and features display, massage for driver, auto shades for rear seats, performance and speed.

GV80 is luxury and performance at an amazing value!

Test driving the GV80 with the 3.5 liter turbo was a pleasant surprise. The approach to the vehicle started with my Genesis guru walking us out to the vehicle that was already running from him starting it with the key fob. Next he showed us a unique feature of pulling the car forward, out of the parking space towards us by pointing the key fob again. The vehicle pulled out of the spot with no one in it and stopped immediately upon our guru releasing the button! Such service! Next I adjusted the seats, wrapped in a luxurious soft leather, and headed out for a quick spin. The vehicle is loaded with so many features that I could have driven off the road just looking and listening. Thank goodness lane assist was on and kept us all safe for the drive! After enjoying a quick spin, and I mean quick with a zippy engine purring under the hood, we headed back to the dealership to say, "I do" to my new car. We worked with the dealership to find a vehicle with all the features I was needing and found one that would be there the next day! Genesis has some great colors and interior options for the GV80 and I simply love mine!

Lifelong MB owner. Test drove the GV80 on the recommendation of friends and fell in love the minute I sat in the GV80. The exterior is beautiful and the interior gorgeous with quilted leather seating and wonderfully intuitive features. On the road the GV80 is so comfortable, feels solid and is quick to respond and accelerate. The side, rear and front cameras are a great feature and the navigation system easy to use and very accurate. For longer road trips the seat massage feature is incredible. All this coupled with a best in class warranty, maintenance and valet service makes the GV80 a remarkable vehicle. I am a definite convert.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

We spent $80,000 and waited 3 months for the car to arrive. At first, we loved the car. Now, only owning the car for less than 3 months, we are experiencing connectivity issues. The problem is not that it is experiencing connectivity issues it is with customer service. We contacted Genesis and they tried to fix the issue with various restarts. Needless to say, they did not work. Then they told us NOT to take the car to the dealership. Not sure why. Then they told us it would take a week for tech support to call back. That is very poor customer service. It should not take a week to get a call back. So, we waited a week and no call back. We called customer support back and again they tried to fix the issue with various restarts. It did not work. So they tell us now we have to wait another week for a call back. I am very disappointed with the level of customer support.

My best automobile ever!

The technology built into this automobile is absolutely THE best. Being a retired pilot, this automobile is as close to flying as I will ever experience. Most comfortable automobile ever on long trips. I would strongly recommend this automobile to anyone who wants the safest automobile on the road.

Classy smooth riding vehicle, with a front grill that provides an amazing look. Vehicle pickup (V6 AWD version) is very good required for TX highway access. Fuel consumption is avg (19mpg) and Android Auto features are plug in only (disappointing). Overall the vehicle has all the features one desires including third row electric seats, heads up display, heated and cooled seats, driver seat message feature and common other features including cruise, automatic lane change and safe driving (self driving). The self driving features all revolve around cruise control and do not have to be engaged.

Overall I think the Genesis is a great vehicle, but having a sensor fail within the first month of purchase is disappointing. I spent a considerable amount of money to purchase this vehicle, and to not be able to drive it due to issues I had no part in creating is discouraging.

GV 80 is an outstanding high tech vehicle. With all the features and benefits you could ask for. safety features are wonderful as is the display screen options. Styling of exterior and interior are best in class. Liked it so much I bought two of them. One in black the other in white. Totally enjoy driving and taking the time to enjoy and play with the over the top high end technology features in this wonderful vehicle.

Love my GV80

Great car. Very luxurious and comfortable. Lots of bells and whistles. Loads of legroom in front and back. Overall the purchase was great. Was hoping for lower interest rate with perfect credit but banks just don’t seem to be offering lower rates at this time.

Pretty good. Wireless charger does not work. Dealership and Genesis so far has been disappointing. I still do not have tags for my car because paperwork has not been sent to courthouse for me to pick up. Was told dealership would call and they have not.

The GV80 is the perfect "Mom Sportscar"

It's so much fun to drive, the interior is so beautifully put together, and the perfect size for a family of 4 in booster seats! I absolutely love the easy-to-use technology, sport drive mode, and the fact that there is enough interior space to have scooters and/or a stroller in the back and still have plenty of room for the kids.

GV80 is a great ride!

I like the vehicle very much. It has many features that make it very nice to drive. Overall, I am happy with the car. I do have some concerns with the drivetrain noise. It seems to be more noticeable that I expected on a high end vehicle of this nature. I don't know if this what is considered normal for a GV80 but it makes the car not 100% of what I expected.
