Excellent Car Buying Experience
Excellent car buying experience provided by Dillon Hewitt. The Finance Director Becky Zuckerberg is a customer service professional who truly cares that you have a positive car buying experience. Joe Frasquillo provided a quick no nonsense experience during the signing of the paperwork part of the purchase. The process was easy, with no pressure and with professional customer service.

good expereince
Recently bought a Genesis GV70. Had to wait for a while for it to be delivered but Nick kept us updated on progress several times. He turned us over to Julien who was easy to work with and took time to make sure we knew how to use all the features in the new car.
All professionals and we did not leave with the feeling we were rushed into a sale.

Our sales experience was very positive considering it was almost completely over the phone. Our sales rep (Lee) was very polite, professional and informative. He responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. We had initially spoke with another Genesis dealer who was less informative or helpful

Considering this sale was mainly done over the phone. Lee did a great job answering our question in a timely manner. He was always polite and professional. The only hang up was with the signing of the paperwork. Which was a bit of a fiasco considering we were pre approved

Exceptional buying experiance
Even during the global chip shortage, they did not charge one penny more than MSRP, when every other major luxury brands had their own markup. Got a fair deal on the purchase and the experience was super smooth and super fast. Will highly recommend the dealership to friends and colleagues.

Great experience! Exceptional staff
Had a great pre and post purchase experience with Genesis of Everett. Staff is great, they were helpful in the entire process (test drives, conversation over email).
I had mixed experience at other dealerships in the region. If you’re looking to purchase a Genesis, I would recommend considering Genesis of Everett.

Jillienwas able to find the model,trim,and color that I was looking for the day I talked with him. The car was delivered a week earlier than what had been promised. I was particularly impressed with the no haggle pricing.Of course, the very best thing about the transaction was being able to buy and take home the beautiful GV 70!

Good selection of vehicles
After deciding on the Genesis GV80, it was challenging to find the color/package I desired. The Everett dealer indicated on their website that ONE was available, so I took a chance and drove/ferry ride from Sequim hoping it was still available. I was relieved to find my GV80 on the lot and soon negotiated a purchase and trade agreement. Extremely happy with the new vehicle and look forward to many comfortable and exciting road trips. Thanks
