Happy with the car, but not the service and availability of parts.

Beautiful car, get a lot of compliments and second looks. Comfortable and quiet, but scheduling and getting service is horrible. Geniuses Care is a slogan, not a promise. All electronics are out on the screen and I have been waiting over two weeks for a part on back order. They have no idea when it will be in. No loaner car, also the screen says to not operate the car. Very disappointing.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with a Genesis GV80. I’ve just come up on my one year anniversary of ownership, and continue to be delighted with my car. It gets attention everywhere I go, and friends and family have all been extremely impressed with the appearance inside and out, as well as all of the features and amenities. I feel like I’m still only using about 25% of its features, and look forward to looking further into the manual to take advantage of so many more. I absolutely see myself buying another Genesis in the future, and find myself recommending the brand enthusiastically.

Great Car

Great vehicle, great ride, great comfort, many amenities to improve safety and driver convenience. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Previously I had a 2014 Equus Ultimate sedan that I thought was the best car I had ever driven. Unfortunately, I had an accident and when I was shopping for a new vehicle I discovered the 2023 GV80. I purchased it and have every expectation that this car will be as reliable and easy to maintain as my previous vehicle.

Genesis GV80 is awesome

We are very satisfied with safety, comfort, look, features, audio and mileage with our one year old GV80. we selected this after considering and test driving BMW, Benz, Lexus, Porsche and the main features we went in for is auto drive, self drive, auto park. Value for the money.

SUV is great

Delarship experience sucks. All these dealership are are cut another man. They will not work with another dealership. They lie over and over. Dont ask for them to find a car as they don’t put any effort forward and the. Sell the car underneath you.

Classy, Comfortable Ride

This vehicle is probably the best high end vehicle on the market in my opinion. Comfort level is phenomenal! Features are remarkable . Zero problems with the vehicle since it was purchased. Features are advanced and easy to use. Highly Recommend

Comfortable Car

Luxury exterior with comfortable driving assistance. Somewhat less start power, and no air suspension but I’m really satisfied the driving assistance while I’m driving back and force between LA Las Vegas, the driving distance lead my comfortable and safety.

Due to mechanical issues that have arisen, low rating

The overall exterior look of the vehicle is great, the interior is good but for the cost should be better. It is the engine cutting off while driving that is a major concern. I have owned the vehicle for one year and this issue began after my first service in August of 2023. I see on the genesis forum that I am not the only one having this issue but there are no resolutions. Prior to this happening there have been minor issue that I attribute to purchasing a 2.5 T, like turbo lag when accelerating.

My GV80

We have been purchasing Hyundai vehicles for many years. We purchased a Genesis car when they first came on the market. This is when we feel in love with the brand. We were comfortable with the Hyundia Santa Fe but when the Genesis vehicles left the Hyundia brand and went on their own, we followed the Genesis! End of story! Keep up the excellent work!!!!!!!

Nice Riding Luxury

A nice blend of luxury and options for a comfortable long trip or just running errands around town. Good electrical outlet locations for dash cams and other equipment. Most appointments are well thought out. Still getting use to the gear shift knob wheel. I confuse it with the entertainment wheel wheel when not looking.

Good vehicle, but could be better.

Leader in the world of luxury SUVs, BUT: 1) Road noise is bad. 2) Fuel tank is smaller than I would like and mileage less. 3) iPhone users are inconvenienced compared to android phone users. 4) If you want to use a custom drive mode it has to be reset every time the vehicle is started.

Worst Experience

I bought a brand new GV80 with full cash. But there was no car mats & cargo mat. I've been asking for that from the day I bought my car. It's been more than a month, but now I still don't receive it yet. Am I asking for more than I deserve? I paid full cash and bought a brand new car. It's been more than a month, but I still don't receive it yet. If I were the general manager, I would deliver in person.

Very happy with the purchase. You get a lot for the money. Excellent design and quality. The ride is very comfortable and almost no cabin noise. Can't say enough the build quality and attention to detail. Nothing about the car feel cheap. The only two complaints if I can call that are the gas mileage and horse power.

All around excellence!

An excellent vehicle from the time you open the door until you return from your drive and close the door. The style is eye catching and a pleasure to look at coming and going. The cabin quietness is very soothing and relaxing making it more fun to drive. Engine performance is exactly what you would expect and the exhaust sound is stimulating. This vehicle is just a pleasure from the time you open the door!

Love the GV80

I am in love with my GV80. I went to the dealership to help my son buy a new car, and I was not looking for one for myself. I saw this one and went back the next day and bought it for myself. I left behind a BMW 440i and have never looked back! I have enjoyed every minute of owning this beautiful auto.

Love Love my Genesis GV80 Prestige

I love this car. It has great styling! Looks fast standing still. I love the 22" wheels! I love the safety features. This is car is a great value compared to the other premium car makers. We have owned 5 BMWs. They were nice but nothing like the GV80!
