Love my Genesis & poor Customer Service from Wexford Genesis
The vehicle recall was a little worrisome. I hope that these issues with the fuel injection don't return. I do appreciate extended warranty you provided. Also, my biggest issue is the dealership where I bought my Genesis (Wexford Genesis). The sales person was nice. However, the financial guy and the service department guys, provided poor service. Explanations of the extended warranty I took out on the vehicle has a bunch of loop holes that were not discussed. Example, I had a small rock hit my front window. I tried, exhaustingly, to get an appointment, and they said they guy who did repairs was on vacation. By the time they saw me, 12 days later, the chip line had gotten a little bigger. They said that it was longer than a dollar bill and I needed a full window replacement. It wasn't that size when I tried to get the car in. I was furious. They were so rude and non-accommodating. I ended up paying my deductible and having Safelite install. When I needed to have the inspection stickers put on the new glass, they said it was a 2 month wait for an appointment... to just have stickers put on. I called Bowser Genesis and they did it the same. From that day forward, I have had all oil changes, inspections, etc., done at Bowser Genesis South Hills. Chris is the most professional and courteous service advisor. He promptly answers calls, text and makes everything run smoothly for me. The technicans always speak and make sure I'm good with the outcome of the service. The customer service area is clean and relaxing. The entire experience eases your mind when dealing with car issues. I will NEVER return to WEXFORD Genesis. They treated me like a second thought!. If that's how they treat women (and I am Africian American) they should be ashamed. I put down 5,000 cash and another 5,000 cash for the extended protection package. I had no approval issues with credit; so I did not present myself as a classless woman. ALSO: they tried to low ball me on my Nissan Maximum that was 3 years old with 21,000 miles on it. I was walking out the dealership, when they hurried up and worked up a better price. I could tell from everyone in that sales area, that I was a second thought. I hope this information is relayed to the GM at Wexford and the GM at Bowser. The Wexford Office could learn alot from some training sessions at Bowser.
