While uses way too much fuel and loses power often. It actually floods from what I don’t know. Fuel injection is constantly changed. This truck has 270k with an engine tap and a stuttering transmission that never downshifts when it should so if I hit a hill I have to use the tow select to smooth the ride and get up a hill. Rear hatch is stuck shut. Heat and AC work great .

Runs with only 120k miles, new everything and rusting
Long block replaced at 50K miles, along with All parts hanging off motor - Replaced 7 front Fan motors, Instrument Cluster replaced, all regular oil, brakes, trans etc over life as original owner. I keep it in good condition but It is now costing much more for continued unannounced repairs. Looks and drives great but rusting big time around back wheel wells and bottom of doors.

Love the comfortable ride and the large space.
Dropping the seats and have even more room to use for dog kennels for foster dogs and rescues.
Large for family and car seats for the grandchildren and plenty of leg room for tall people.

Pleased with everything but the TIMP
an electrical system that was poorly designed and should have been recalled in my humble opinion.
Like everything else about the vehicle, wish Dodge would have fixed this issue.

I just purchased a 2007 Dodge Durango from a friend. It has 133k miles and I had to have some minor maintenance items taken care of, including front ball joints, swaybar linkage and shocks... Nothing it off the ordinary, considering I only paid $3k for it. It now rides beautifully, is quiet, has plenty of power, even with the smaller of the V8 engines, and doesn't have a single squeak or rattle.

I really love it. I do have questions about why the radio does not shut off when you park and take the key out? I should not have to turn it off. Is there something I don't know about it? Also on top of the dash is a little bump, like was on my Chrysler (flashing security light), but it does nothing, I cannot seem to find out what it is then. Been reading, but not easy to find answers to these questions in the book. If you can help, let me know please.
