Service Dept Understaffed
I recently brought my car in for the initial 7500 service where I was initially told it would be about a month out but they were able to squeeze me in a week later which was good. I dropped my car off the night before and completed the drop off form for my car to be complete by 2PM (since there was a specific line item to note) which I thought was reasonable. However, I called at 1130 to check and was told all service advisors were busy and to call back in 15min which I did about 40mins later and was put into voicemail for the service advisor handling my car. After an hour with no call back I called back around 130 (remember ask for my car back at 2PM) and was told again everyone was busy and to call back so I got upset and the woman followed up while I was on the phone and told me was not done and they would call me back when completed. As you can see there are a lot of negative reviews for service where there is no response from First Hyundai which shows they really don't care about their reputation and why bother asking people what time they want their car back which they make absolutely no effort to meet. I am going to contact Hyundai Corporate to make them aware of this dealerships' poor service and maybe they will be told to hire more help. I think I am going to get rid of my Hyundai and go back to Toyota where service is excellent.

Disappointed all around
I honestly have nothing good to say about this whole dealership. I’ve had nothing but problems with the 2019 vehicle I purchased and I have had an even worse experience with the service department. There are never appointments available and I’ve have called multiple times with issues and never gotten a response back.

Service dept satisfactory
The service dept was helpful when getting an issue fix on my car from the day I purchased it. Unfortunately the sales dept tainted every other experience I had. If you’re only dealing with the service dept, you should be in good hands Servicing, sure. Buying, do it elsewhere

Don’t trust this dealership
Salespeople are out to scam you, maintenance team seems like they couldn’t be paid to care, and the managers will hide in their office avoiding any issues. Don’t go here

I feel like a valued customer
This dealership truly cares about making customers feel appreciated and valued. The service department staff are friendly and helpful. They doing an excellent job servicing my car. While I may be just an 18-year-old college student, I've been driving for several years and have had other places service my past cars. This place is clean, courteous and worth it.

Great!
From the time I walked into the service department until the time I left, everything was great. Brad greeted me with a friendly smile and listened while I mentioned, in addition to my scheduled service appointment, that I had a little scratch on my passenger door. When Brad came into the waiting area to let me know that my car was ready, he told me that they fixed the little scratch, and he drove my car to the door for me. That was so nice of him. When I looked at the repair, it was perfect and not only that, they washed and cleaned my car. It looked brand new. Thank you so much to the service department.
