Albert said he was absolutely satisfied with the courtesy of his service advisor. He would recommend the business for services. There was 1 aspect of the service they were disappointed in, because they were advised on 2 occasions, they would receive a follow up call regarding the sale of their RV. However they never received a courtesy call from Wes. He wasn't sure whether or not he got the message or what happened, but they never got to speak with Wes as promised. They never want to bother with the business any longer, and want to sell their RV. The reason for their decision is due to an illness in the family, and they can't use the RV any longer. The level of service they received at the business was great. The sales person, Jennifer has been great. Everything has been fine with the level of services, except for the 1 aspect of service. As a result of the lack of courtesy call, they have decided they will try to sell the RV on their own, and are no longer interested in dealing with the business in the future.

Spoke with Carol. She said that she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience because she had a lot of issues with the communication, but she chose not to elaborate further. They were not courteous over the phone. She was not satisfied with the communication because they did not return her calls. She was not satisfied with the quality of the work, but chose not to elaborate further. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.

Wade said that the business bent one of his jacks that lifts the RV. As soon as he pointed out the fact that the business had damaged the jack they immediately fixed the problem. Since they identified the issue with the bent jack he was completely satisfied with the business.

William said they installed a hitch on the back of the RV so he can tow a vehicle. He is satisfied with the service visit, but is having issues with the RV which he just purchased from the sales department of the business. He plans to contact them about the problems which may be related to the manufacturer. The tracks for the adjustable shelves in the large cupboard were not even. He took them off and readjusted them so the shelves would not rattle. When driving home last night from the service visit, the night shade on the passenger side fell off and hit his wife's shoulder. The shade may be broken. The cabin light does not work correctly. The business is aware of it. There may be a problem with the switch. They told him to let them know if he found any problems.

Larry said that he felt out of the loop in regards to communication with Mark, who was doing the work on the vehicle. He mentioned that upon asking questions, he felt as if he were annoying him.
