I took my car to Ponder Auto Repair in May 14th, 2019. I went there on recommendation of a credible friend. It is Dec 30th and I still don’t have my car. Last communication with them was November 8th. We were trying to save money on the repair. I took their advice on the repair and I still don’t have my car. I’m this period of time I’ve only spoke 4 times to them. I’ve only had one voluntary call from them. They act like I’m bothering them when I call. Not many people would have been as patient as I have. I’ve lost a lot of use of the car. I need the car. If you can’t fix the car without the most expensive repair just let me know . Never had a situation like this. Last communication on November 8th they said they would call me when they could arrange a fix to the problem. Now that is almost 2 months ago
