Way to go Bill & Team!
I recently had my Ford F150 serviced at Bills Automotive and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Bill himself (the owner) who was friendly and knowledgeable. Bill and his team took the time to thoroughly inspect my truck and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs as well as sending me pictures and videos along the way. Bill worked diligently to make the repairs to get me going again since my truck is my daily driver (Bill asked whether it was my daily driver while planning the service which I appreciated). My F150 is running smooth again. Thank you for taking such great care of my 2015 F150!

Superb service
Superb service every time. Had an appointment to get my 60,000 miles service done. Brought it in first thing in the morning and had it back by lunchtime. They always do a great job and I appreciate their communication.

Overall Excellent
We appreciate your prompt service, also the list of things that will require attention in the near future. Worry you lost an employee this week, but it may be for the best. Someone will have to step up and provide that service plus what they were already doing. I suspect you will find someone who excels in both departments. Always Bills Automotive for maintenance and repairs to all my vehicles.
Bills always does a great job of doing maintenance and repairs on my vehicles. He is thorough with inspecting my vehicles and letting me know what to look for with issues I may have when I bring my vehicles in for maintenance before a minor issue becomes a major problem. Bill is always up front and honest with me and doesn’t try to sell me on stuff that isn’t necessary just to make a buck off me. Bill provides the best service for the price and I never leave feeling taken advantage of. Always Bills automotive from now on.
