Personal items broken
This b is an awesome man. However, I feel that one of his mechanics had some issues with me. When I picked up my vehicle a necklace was broken as week as a pair of reading glasses. No explanation or apology has been offered although I did call and make a complaint.

Excellent service
I highly recommend Rob at RT Auto. He has been servicing my cars for almost 10 years. Not only is he an excellent mechanic but he does not do unnecessary work. He’s very honest and will tell you how soon something needs to be done. He doesn’t push for an immediate sale as I’ve experienced at other places. And his prices on everything from routine maintenance to tires is very competitive. Often less than others.

The total cost was less than expected!
During my initial visit, only the battery was to be replaced. However, further research included the replacement of the starter. The eventual cost for parts and labor ended less than original estimate.

Best mechanic
I can’t say enough great things about RT’s auto. I’ll start with the fact that he is by far the most honest and reliable mechanic I’ve ever met. I’ve taken my Yukon Denali, my very old Land Rover, and my family’s vehicles to him for the last 5 years and he’s consistently done what he says. It was 4 years ago when I called him in the middle of summer, the air conditioner in my moms dodge charger failed (compressor I think) and she was driving to her doctors appointments with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. A lot of chemo appointments and it’s 100 degree plus heat index. He gave me a price and pushed her to the front of line. A couple days later I went to pick up the repaired car and he says by the way, the part was 120 less than expected, I’ve never heard a mechanic do that. I’d already agreed to the initial price that was beyond reasonable to begin with and now it’s 120 bucks cheaper. Those are things that separate Rob from any mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. A stand up guy and an awesome mechanic. The guys that work there are great people that communicate and make the whole process as seamless as possible which is something a lot of shops have trouble doing. I’ve left maybe 2 reviews in my life but I had write this one , RT’s auto has been nothing short of a blessing.
