Appreciated the care given us by Tyler Jorgensen. He directed us to the brand/type tire that satisfied our need. The price was a surprise as we expected mush cost much higher. Albeit we waited for 2 hours for services to be rendered, we did not mind at all as the waiting area was comfortable. Thank you!

Excellent service department experience

My regular service and oil change was easy to schedule on line. They were ready for me when I arrived. They have a comfortable waiting room and I was out in less than one hour as promised.

Got in early for my LOF servicing. Tyler explained things thoroughly, was friendly and professional. Answered my questions. Headed to the waiting area which was clean and tidy. Drank some coffee. Tyler notified me promptly of completion. I'll be back in another 6,000 miles.

Service is getting worse

Having to wait to get the truck serviced either means our community is too big tvese days or ford is not building them like they used too.

It took over a week of waiting to get a date. When I arrived to drop the truck off a day ahead of schedule i added a few items to the service request.

When I returned two days later, because the truck want looked at until later in the day instead of early the day it was scheduled, the additional items I requested to have completed were not.

I had to wait longer at the dealership.
$600 for a 60k service, wipers, air filters and new tail light bulbs.

Mike, you have to figure something out or i am gone.
