Excellent Service with a Smile

I greatly appreciated my service advisor, Tunde O'Connor, had a loaner ready for me when I arrived and left my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for it's 60,000 mile service. She went over my previous records and didn't have anything extra done that was previously done. I was able to run my Christmas errands and my vehicle was ready for pickup that afternoon.

No communication AT ALL by their service department. Waited over an hour before I could find someone who could tell me where my car was. Beware of this dealership.

Great service manager

Wow, I cannot say enough great things about the service manager Roger at Hyundai in St. Augustine. He always goes above and beyond to ensure customers receive five-star treatment, and he always takes his calls, which is important when you need to talk to someone in-the-know about your car and maintenance or any unusual problems it is having. Roger epitomizes professionalism and diplomacy in the workplace. He will be the reason customers buy Hyundai a second time.

Being able to get car serviced in a timely manner with courtesy.

My representative is the best I ever had. She performs at 110% everytime I come to get my car worked on and not just normal maintenance. I have had several serious problems that had been taken care very well and expeditiously. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for work on my car.

Ok service

Took car in for oil change. Told I needed a new battery, wipers, ect. I went ahead with those items. I was told I needed an emissions service. I said no at this time. However, when sitting at a light, I noticed the idling was not right. I called Hyundai, had to return for service. A loaner car was offered. Nothing was found to be wrong with the idle, however, they once again said car should have an emissions service. I said go ahead. Car running well now.
