Long Time to Wait
I arrived to my appointment a couple of minutes early to find 6 cars ahead of me. I waited in line for 20 minutes before being checked in. I didn’t get my car back for another hour and 20 minutes. A nearly 2 hour oil change is excessive.

The car wash is awesome. The bugs are gone off the car when done. You dont see that a lot at other dealers.

Hyundai of St. Augustine is the Best!
My days are very busy, and when you can drop off your car for a oil change and get a lift to work and also picked up by their very friendly staff, it is a plus-plus. I will receive a phone call telling me my car is ready, and they even wash it for you. I think this is a great perk and Thank you for that!

Great experience until i tried to leave. No-one told me where my vehicle was parked. When I did find it , I was blocked in by another vehicle with an employee speaking with him. I had to getout of my vehicle and ask him to move. He told me "in a minute.". Not the greatest customer service.
