I'm always able to stop in and ask them to look at something, and they are happy to oblige. I especially appreciate being told the results of the oil change/inspection...it's very thorough; from the tire status to the cabin filter recommendations!

Too long to wait for a routine oil change.
11:20 oil change appointment scheduled but I did not leave till 1:30, that was after I got up and complained. There was no extra service done on my care. I feel I was forgotten about. They did apologize and did not charge me for the service.

Service and Sales are excellent
My wife and I are in our fourth Hyundai over the past 10 years. We have owned one Tiburon, and then three Santa Fe's during this time-frame. We have watched the models as they have changed each year and found our Hyundai's to be safe and reliable with no major problems during this time period.

Our sales experiences have always been great as we worked with Randy Selph on the purchase of each vehicle.

Our service appointments have always been handled professionally and in a timely manner.
