I have a granddaughter I have the privilege of raising with Autism. The week had me in a million directions, and I had come back from
A Doctor appointment, and passing by " My Dealership, HYUNDAI of Temecula " I needed my car to be serviced and had put it off due to all my appointments. Here I call on a Friday
And ask the service department if they can work me in... they said how far away are you ? I said minutes.... Amber said can you be here in 15 minutes !!! Now that is caring and team work, romget me in on a Friday !!! I was thrilled. I had my 45,009 service performed, they even washed my car !!! I
love this place and the care I get when I come there. It's as if I am the only customer in the place !!!

Better than basic but not quite great.
I owned a loaded 2011 Genesis 3.8 and a loaded 2016 Genesis 3.8 so have been interacting with Escondido, Carlsbad, and Temecula for about 8 years. While I love the car I have been struggling with Hyundai dealership service. I would never return to Escondido based on abhorrent service and would prefer not to return to Carlsbad due to the bank-sales type environment. I car more about how my car is treated - I don't need to be coddled while you change the oil in my car.

Temecula has been above fair but I still expect more from maintenance performance from the OEM given dealership premiums. Truthfully, Temecula has been covering a loaner car in most cases and that it what is closing the deal. I can drop the car off and still get through my day which adds to the value.

Thank you for the feedback on the survey, I do appreciate the time taken from your day to complete it in full. I am always looking for ways to grow and make customer happy with the service we provide. I can honestly tell you that the cost of brakes are mostly due to the performance brake pads Hyundai has install on this vehicle. The on car brake lathe is service frequently and I can assure you that the bits used are always up to date and cleaned. As far as the cleaning of the caliper I am sorry and would be more then happy to have you bring the vehicle in and have them cleaned. We have nothing to hide when it comes to prices and would always like to make sure you are aware of the costs of services as needed. You can always ask and we will always let you know. If I can assist you with anything else, please feel free to contact me. Thank you so much for your time.

Oil change
I had a 7:15 am appointment for an oil change. I did arrive early. I left the dealership at 8:25. This seems too long for an oil change based on the fact I did have an appointment at 7:15 am

I am sorry that you feel it took a little long for the oil change service. We do make sure and perform a full multi point inspection and also wash and vacuum your vehicle ( I do hope we gave it back to you clean) Normally  it will take 1 hour to 1 hr and 15 min to perform service. The staff is friendly and the service department does it's job well. I am more upset with Hyundai Dealers and Manufacturers, as I only have 31,000 miles on my 2013 Elantra and needed to have all of my tires replaced, as the Korean tires did not last, and I had to have the rear brake pads replaced. I don't abuse any of the car, the tires or the brakes, so they should last longer than that. I also did not have a spare tire or jack in my car when I bought it. Instead of having a tire replaced in minutes, it took a day of frustration and inconvenience, as my tire burst on the sidewall and the patch kit in the trunk when I purchase the car, would not fix a sidewall, only the tread of a tire. Since it was at night, it took over four hours for a tow truck and then the next day I find out that all the tires need replaced. My frustration is with Hyundai, the company, not with Temecula Hyundai.
