I presented with a repair under the auto warranty - Travis took steps to liaise with Hyundai to get repair authorization, providing me with interim transport during the repair. At reasonable intervals and benchmark events, kept me updated on the status. This service experience bears recommendation.

Another Good Visit
I had another really smooth visit to the service department. Had an oil change and repair done on my 2013 Veloster. I dropped off my car, went and had breakfast and stopped at Costco. The service department called right when I was loading my truck to let me know my car was done. Perfect timing? Thanks Temecula Hyundai.

only one little thing. I always have trouble getting the drivers seat adjusted back to where it was before service. No complaint, just a small suggestion.

I have had a conversation with the company that performs washes for us and they are fully aware of the situation and was told they will make sure it doesn't happen again. Great customer service and warranty
I had to have 4 recalls checked on my car which is a little concerning which is why I gave the 4 stars instead of 5. Everyone was very polite at the service center and although the work did take quite some time, it is understandable since they had to check for so many recalls. They replaced a part for my steering wheel for free since my car is still under warranty and did a free oil check and car wash which was unexpected and nice. They did say they checked a few things that checked out fine which I feel I've had minor problems with which made me wonder if they really did check them. I would have mentioned this to them but I had a crying baby in my husbands car that I needed to tend to and get home so I just didn't have the time to go over it all with them after finally getting my car back. There was a safety recall on seat belts and my drivers belt actually sometimes does not click/latch closed unless I hold the release button. So I thought it was odd they didn't notice that when checking that recall cause my husband has the hardest time getting my seatbelt to work whenever he drives my car (since he doesn't know the trick of holding the release button to get it to close). And then they claimed my brakes were fine which is odd since they've been squeaking lately and the last time I took my car in at a tire place to get my oil changed, they stressed to me that I need new brakes asap. However I don't have the funds to get them replaced and I know the tire place probably was out for a sale, but since they have been squeaking, I know that they are probably at least getting close to needing to be replaced so I thought that was weird that they told me they checked my brakes and they look good. I really did enjoy the service, however I just felt that maybe some of the things they said they checked weren't actually checked.

Missing change
I noticed that when I got my car back, the loose change that had been there before I left my car, was missing. It wasn't much change, but it's the principal of the thing. You have dishonest people who work for you, which is to bad. I could tell that things, in my storage area, had been gone through. They were not in place, where they had been before.

Great job
Came in for the first scheduled oil change for our new Sonata Hybrid. Got the oil change and a free executive hand car wash and was out in about an hour. As usual the staff was amazing. On a side note if you are shopping ask for Dwayne Smiley he is the best!
