Getting your car serviced or repaired is more than just changing bad parts for new parts. There's the service aspect which is the observations made during the repair. "While we were changing this part we noticed this concern." Sometimes it's a simple tightening of a bolt, cleaning a battery post, or making a minor adjustment. Veryl's does this as well as many other shops. But you should read the report of the repairs and concerns noted. Schedule the next repair sooner rather than later. You get an oil change and they tell you your brakes are getting close to needing replacement. Get it on the schedule for 2 or 3 months in the future. Don't wait for the squeelers to start making noise because if you wait you'll be needing new rotors as well. Read what they are telling you. When you pickup your car you're focused on what you need to get caught up on after being without a car for a day. Go here, pickup there, drop off there, do this, shop there. You are half listening. Read it, schedule it, git-er-done.

They knew what to do!

My older Prius started exhibiting the frightening change of having all of the dashboard lights go out--no speedometer, no gas tank level, no odometer--at night when I was driving on poorly lit rural roads. The folks at Veryl's knew how to trouble-shoot this and ordered and installed the replacement part in a few days. I can drive at bight again. Thank you!
