Happy customer
this is my first truck purchase and I'm very happy overall. Couple of things Chevy did that don't make sense include having an electronic seat adjustment for forward/back and up/down but manual adjustment for the seat back. I ran the navigation system side-by-side with Google Maps and 9 times out of 10, Google Maps did better than the navigation system. The voice recognition for the nav system is frankly, awful. It can't understand some simple, common words and comes up with options that aren't even close to what was spoken. And yes, I made sure the windows were closed, radio off, etc. when trying to give an address. The dealer (Ressler) has outstanding customer service. By far the best I've ever experienced (and at 50, I've had a few experiences!).
