Excellent service

I recently went to Veryl’s to have new tires put on my truck and have my oil changed. The service I received was excellent. My tires were aligned perfectly and I was given a print out showing the alignment before and after. The staff is always friendly. They go over every detail of my service from start to finish.

On the road again!

Extra cold weather crippled my battery with difficult starting. With urgent trips to Boston coming up road worthy transportation is a must. Veryls got me in the following day and also suggested an oil change which was going to be due soon anyway.

They picked me up once the work was completed and even washed my car as after it was ready!

Desperate need of help

I called in need of immediate help with my truck that was not starting with out a jump all week. They got me in right away and were able to help me with my problem. They also gave me some tips to try and figure out the possible root cause if it should occur again. As always they were amazing.

I had an issue with my truck and it would be a while before I could be scheduled (the double-edged sword of going to a reputable place). An opening became available that day and they promptly scheduled the work needed. Wonderful people to deal with. Honest, fair, and accommodating.

Friendly service

Making an appointment at Veryl’s is quick and easy. Going in for-an oil change and dropped it off the night before. Received a call from Tanya in the morning telling me my brakes were pretty warn. Advised the price and agreed to have them done. The complete service was done very quickly. It is always a friendly service. All workers there go above and beyond. Thanks.

Service

Getting your car serviced or repaired is more than just changing bad parts for new parts. There's the service aspect which is the observations made during the repair. "While we were changing this part we noticed this concern." Sometimes it's a simple tightening of a bolt, cleaning a battery post, or making a minor adjustment. Veryl's does this as well as many other shops. But you should read the report of the repairs and concerns noted. Schedule the next repair sooner rather than later. You get an oil change and they tell you your brakes are getting close to needing replacement. Get it on the schedule for 2 or 3 months in the future. Don't wait for the squeelers to start making noise because if you wait you'll be needing new rotors as well. Read what they are telling you. When you pickup your car you're focused on what you need to get caught up on after being without a car for a day. Go here, pickup there, drop off there, do this, shop there. You are half listening. Read it, schedule it, git-er-done.

They knew what to do!

My older Prius started exhibiting the frightening change of having all of the dashboard lights go out--no speedometer, no gas tank level, no odometer--at night when I was driving on poorly lit rural roads. The folks at Veryl's knew how to trouble-shoot this and ordered and installed the replacement part in a few days. I can drive at bight again. Thank you!
