terrible service and detailing
I have had associates be rude to me on multiple occasions. I paid 160 dollars to get my car cleaned and brought it back 3 times bc it was incredibly disappointing. Dog hair still in it AND they put black spots on my seats. The woman even admitted it. Never been so disappointed in an establishment.

Never purchase again
Horrible customer service in the maintenance department. Always have to return after being there to fix a new problem they cause.

I like the people, plus the new building and state of the art showroom.
I have been so pleased with my Hyundai and the service quarterly that I receive from the people. (Also the car wash) The sitting area is most pleasant to wait in.

A Wonderful Dealership!!!
I very much like the product (my wife owns the Elantra Limited, I have owned the Elantra GT and now the Veloster) and the personnel who psychologically make you feel like your personal concerns are theirs. I absolutely love the new showroom's physical layout and access to coffee or water while waiting for one's vehicle. I wanted a donut so badly but have a cardiac diet I need to follow...lol.
