I wanted to trust your recommendations
I feel I learned its more important to get commission on unecessary sale of tires. I am going to be very guarded/cautious for future recommendations.

Splece wires
Went in because car was not accelerating; told rodent damage and to needed to REPLACE a part. Part was not replaced but repaired (splice to wires together) for over 130.00 dollars plus over a hundred for initial visit. Over 200 dollars to splice to wires...never again.

I wanted to reach out to you about this last visit with our service department. I would like  to apologize about the mistake made on moving your vehicle before you had removed your personal items. We do like to clear out the service drive to make sure we don't get piled up with vehicles. I understand that we did not duplicate the concern you are having with your vehicle but I can assure you that we took a good amount of time to try and figure it out. I see that Steve had even gone on a road test with you to try and duplicate the issue and still no luck. As far as the rentals unfortunately your vehicle is out of warranty in which Hyundai would not pay for any rentals with vehicles out of warranty. I know we have 2 snack machines here in the waiting room and they always have plenty of things to purchase. If you wish please come see me on your next visit and I will be more then happy to provide a voucher to purchase a snack. I have called and left a message and hope to hear from you soon to clarify any concerns you may have.

They got me in the same day for my routine service and I was on my way within two hours. They answered any questions I had and then mid service they made a change to my request. Great job!

He diagnosed my car, then reached out to my warranty company, and repaired my power steering pump all in a matter of 3 days. Always every attempt is made by service Dept tomwork around my schedule. Got me in a day within calling, and some days the very day I call. The day I brought my car in was an extremely busy day on the service drive, but they don’t short cut anything... top notch , first time, EVERY TIME

I had a problem understanding the operation of my car, I called and talked to Carlos, he explained my question and helped alot.
I am still learning about my Equus, I could not find out how to check the oil in the transmission,
Steve told me the trans . is a sealed unit. and does not need to be checked by me. This tells me that the company has so much confidence in what they build, I do not need to worry about it.
That say's a lot about what Hyundai is trying to do to be number one is auto making. They are miles ahead of the competition and want to stay that way.
